Ringrose copped one in the jaw there.

That was a terrible after the scrum

That's some defensive set by Wales. They've not been found wanting for effort, that's for sure.

Did he have to carry? Does he not have a right leg? Some mental gymnastics going on here.

Crowley is having a fine game, linking play really well.

I don't mean to be a backseat mod but can we give the Crowley/Prendergast chat a rest ffs. Just ruins every thread.

    Finally the 2nd try

Nice stuff, bit more respectability on the board

Good play by Crowley. Patience paid off

    Pity about the kick.

Lovely dummy from Crowley, nice pulling the Welsh defence left and right by JGP. Poor conversion.

Get in. We needed that. Well taken by Crowley.

If we’re playing this offloading game in contact I think we need Lowe and McCarthy out there.

he’s been excellent at it so far. Several in the possession there before the try

Made such hard work to get that try. Wales defence was good.

    Crowley's kicking technique remains terrible.

One must question what Jonny Sexton does all week.

We don't seem to be winning the gain line as we did against England. Credit to Wales fronting up.

Sometimes the commentators drive me insane, "the space opened up on front of Crowley". No, it didn't, he chose to stand in front of the space.

    Bad miss afterwards though.

One was a poor tactical decision. Not sure what Crowley was doing there. Has been better since

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,012 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

And it's by the usuals who use every opportunity to dump on Prendergast. Very funny really.

Fair play, nicely taken try. Seems as if Ireland have upped the intensity in the last ten minutes. Big carries by Ryan and Timoney bringing some directnesss to things and stressngthe Welsh line a bit. On criticism of Crowley is that he often picks the pass thats to the guy who is at the point of the defence's spear, meaning that the carrier can't bring any footwork to make a yard or two.

    Baloucoune

    Sorry that's appalling.

    Jesus, that acceleration was unreal.

    Wales try

Take his front row union membership off him. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

That's an embarrassing one to conceed

    Awful by Balacoune

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 9,462 ✭✭✭fitz

He gets back with the right level of urgency and he has plenty of time to exit and doesn't have to keep the ball alive waiting for support. If there's any mental gymnastics going on, it's ig boring why we were under pressure on the first place.

Fantastic try by the big man.
