So, Dublin station 98FM has lately got a new jingle package following it's new tagline of Dublin's Best Music Mix late last year, While, Red FM have been getting rid of it's Cork's Good Times tagline for the past few weeks now with most of the presenters now referring the station as Cork's Red FM with the Cork's Good Times tagline gone from it's TOTH jingle last week with most of the jingles and sweepers now referring to as Cork's Red FM or Playing Today's Hits - Cork's Red FM but Red FM are still using it's resings of its 2024 jingles which are resings of 98FM's 2024 jingles which 98FM stopped using it recently.

So, What's going on at Bauer Media Audio Ireland.

Also, I was also expecting Sienna Spiro's Die On This Hill to play on Today FM but it's they didn't play it and it's played on Cork's Red FM along with SPIN 1038/SW and possibly iRadio and Beat, Why can't Today FM play Sienna Spiro's new song.

Man, Bauer Media Audio Ireland’s been all over the place recently. 98FM drops the old package, Red FM keeps bits of it but changes the tagline — feels like they’re just trying to find a vibe that sticks. Maybe they’re testing what works best locally? Seems messy but kinda relatable.

Bit late to this, but the Managing Editor of 98 and Red is the same person, as they see the two stations as reaching a similar audience.

Anyway, the fella in this job was sacked at some point last year, so they're obviously cleaning up.
