So, it wasn't even this, but the "revelation" that one of them tried to organise a meeting with the other, but it can't be determined which was which, since the names are redacted. What a pathetic witch hunt.

By coincidence I heard an interview by Brendan O'Connor of the Irish American actor, Andrew McCarthy, the other day who is acting in Arthur Miller's "The Crucible" about to start a run in Dublin this month. I wonder what he makes of all this considering the theme of the play.

Epstein seems to have being making so many arrangemets for so many people it must have taken up all his time. Did he have a team of people helping?

The JK Rowling one is quite funny though …

the Mandelson stuff stinks to high heaven, he was a cabinet minister during the financial crash and leaked high confidential and market sensitive information to Epstein who a mega rich financier who could benefit from such information and pass it on to his buddies aswell. He should be going to jail for a long time but nothing will be done I suspect.

Reflects even more badly on Starmer who decided to bring him back into the fold when he could have just left him on the outside for good.

Another guy looking worse and worse is Chomsky, supposed socialist and friend of the oppressed (and well known Putin defender), now also defending paedophiles and complaining about women and other vulnerable people who have the audacity to protest against abuse:

Who would've thought a man who defended Pol Pot could be a wrong'un

The Mandelson scandal is the tip of the iceberg. Epstein was trafficking thousands of children for sex with influential men. Filming these activities at multiple locations. The public needs to know who these men were, why were they being filmed and who financed the entire operation.

Morgan McSweeney was the main man pushing for Mandelson to get the ambassador job due to their longstanding political relationship.

Starmer had serious reservations, but ended up signing off on it after McSweeney made the case. There’s a fair bit of Labour chatter now about whether McSweeney should be sacked.

Either way, it still reflects badly on Starmer’s political judgement.

Peter's nickname was the Prince of Darkness back in the 90s. Tony loved Peter because he was instrumental in bringing Tony to power. I remember the first time i became aware of him in 1994 that he was a tricky one. " No, i haven't thought about it, and now is not the time to think about it"

Mandelson has quite a reputation for clever effectiveness. With such a pisspot in the WH he was an obvious choice and by all that I heard he did a good job of lying and ,presumably arse licking for his country.

I do see that the vetting process seems to have been very faulty (did they think they knew he was a badun but that they already mostly knew what he was like?)

I don't blame Starmer for throwing the kitchen sink at this most alarming problem with King Shìtty Pants and his Courtiers.

In retrospect it might have been better to leave Mandelson in Ambassadorial place down with the cretins in Washington(he can hardly be any more welcome at home than Andy Pandy or Prince Harold.)

Pro Israel Morgan McSweeney, who lived in Israel and conspired with the Israel lobby to remove Jeremy Corbyn from the Labour leadership.

Is it considered a coincidence that Robert Maxwell, father of Ghillaine worked for Mossad (if I have that right) and that it would not perhaps be surprising if it turned out that both Epstein and Ghillaine Maxwell also did?

Have there been done a character/psychological profile of Epstein?

Was he particularly interesting /able or just able to appeal to the wealthy and the highly connected?

His (social-not sexual) victims seem very effusive in their appraisal of him.

What did his personal charm consist of I wonder ? (bribery and flattery?)

Secret services are trained to make things look like accidents or suicide so that part is irrelevant. Your first sentence is fine though

Why wait until he was arrested to murder him under very difficult circumstances? If this deep state/deeper state or whatever are so powerful to be able to suicide him in a Federal prison why not stage an accident before his arrest, they obviously had the means and if he died before being arrested we probably wouldn’t have all this in the news right now.

I just wish lawyer would release the names, instead of constantly complaining that the names are still not released.

Just screw the consequences, release the names

It kind of is. Epstein wanted two tickets for a Harry Potter dinner but was only given one so was turned away at the door. One of his people threw a bit of a strop over it afterwards. You'll note that JK Rowling wasn't CC:d on the email or involved at all …

Any speculation that Epstein had any connection to the Mossad or CIA is irresponsible conspiracy theory.
All the evidence points to him being a Russian agent.
Absolutely nothing to do with Israel.

So, many of the world leaders in politics and industry are (or are covering for) disgusting losers who are into sexually abusing minors and weird, depraved **** that confirms a lot of conspiracy thinking about the elite class but it still isn't front page of much of the mainstream media?

And that these losers were all then politically controlled by Epstein (and in turn almost certainly Israel).

    Eh OK.

Its a big club and you ain't in it has never been truer. The sooner people realise it has always been about the elites vs the non-elites (and not red vs blue bullshit), the better.

Maybe the people he represented had a role in the financing.

That Leon Black guy paid over 130M to Epstein for advice on avoiding tax, which saved Black (and cost the Exchequer) over one billion.

He was also named as violently raping a 16yo girl with learning disabilities, according to a diary in the files.

Suggesting Israeli involvement in this is antisemitic.

Give over. This seems to be the fallback when Israel are mentioned these days.

I can’t deny that something could have been done to him. He even had fractures in his neck. A very elderly pathologist called Baden, hired by the family, claimed that the fractures in the hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage strongly suggested that Epstein had been strangled. This used to be the accepted dogma in pathology and has often appeared in fictional depictions on TV. However, such fractures are now known to also occur in suicidal hangings, especially in older people. Epstein was 66. So in other words it’s still down to the circumstances of his death and whether somebody could have got into his cell. Either way - whether he died by his own hand or somebody else’s - the authorities did a god awful job of safeguarding him, documenting his time in custody and making sure he stood trial.

We really can’t say anything about the political orientation of the people involved until we see all the files and Lord knows whether that will ever happen. As I mentioned above, I suspect there were more Democrats, mainly because Epstein’s social circle tended that way, but I don’t see this as primarily a partisan politician story. On the wider matter of spying, I can imagine agencies using Epstein as an asset but surely they would have been mad to trust him as an agent? He was a criminal first and last and I’m sure they knew that. Just my guess. I prefer the simplest explanation - a talented fraudster and con-man who wormed his way into elite circles with flattery, bribes and access to his dark world. However, I can’t deny there are a lot of suspicious loose ends here with various intelligence agencies, domestic and foreign, and the timing if his death inevitably leads to speculation of foul play. Many powerful people needed him to stay quiet.

    #MEGA MAKE EUROPE GREAT AGAIN

A terrible photo alright along with the others published - still not a smoking gun unfortunately but couple it with Epsteins offer of a 26 year old “discrete” Russian and Maxwells “arrangements” for a foreign trip Andrew was embarking on, and the picture is clear enough what he was up to- and his ex wife is equally gross in her own way.

As much as they are attracting well deserved public humiliation, I’d say it’s the RF themselves that are pr1cking it considering they only exist by the will of the people - whilst it’s an outdated idiot club, I reckon they’ll just about hold on but I reckon republican lobby groups in the UK will see a considerable uptake in membership and every move of the RF will now be especially scrutinised - I could see future members saying fck that and doing a Harry
