Old Adverts User Blocks No Reply From Support or Information why is Blocked..

Im member of Adverts for over 5y with a user with over 100+ Positive Feedbacks. Its been a couple weeks im trying to understand why my user got blocked by adverts and why still no reply from support at all. Not even a warning or anything. Like 5y gone in a click..
