On that topic, has anyone found any good watch faces that you can change the colour of?

IIm using this one which I like

but I'd love a few more options, as I switch up the colour based on the colour strap im using 😅

Managed to get it through the Amazfaces app. Shows when I search "D019".

Very nice. Like the tap minutes to change colour and tap hours to change data displayed 👍

Did anyone notice they nerfed the AI voice assistant of Zepp? The kids loved it. Used to talk to it the whole time and ask it questions. I tired there yesterday and it responded with "This question is not related to the watch" or similar.

Pity, as it was handy to ask it general questions.

I have mine configured to listen when I hold the spinner. It's been great up until this. It was the single reason why I paid for a years subscription.

Any chance you can check your app version and phone firmware version? I have the latest app update from September 15th and firmware version is 3.26.4.1.

I get notifications from WhatsApp and Gmail no problem but only noticed yesterday I never get them from outlook. Anyone here get them from outlook ?

Yes I have the current firmware. I don't understand it. It's the only one I don't get notifications from.

Thanks. I don't have allow all but I have the apps I want notifications from enabled including Outlook. Outlook is the only one I don't receive them from.

Had to disable Calendar in Feature Checklist.

Zepp app / watch software seems to have issues with daylight savings time and certain types of repeating events that shouldnt populate in the watch. Unless someone has this issue and found a workaround?

Im ok with just getting the normal calendar app notifications same as other apps so its not a big deal but would be nice to have sorted.

Everything else (that I need) is spot on after some fiddling.

Was at a park run this morning and my bar code from the watch app "Membership Card" wouldnt scan.

My son has the same watch and does lots of park runs. He has this workaround.

He took a screenshot of his park run barcode on his phone and uses a photo watch face from the zepp app. Some screen grabs:

After syncing you hold the watch face for a few seconds to switch over to your parkrun watch face to scan.

Switch back again afterwards. Handy.

Maybe its reliable for other barcodes but it changed my parkrun barcode slightly. I re-added it a few times but couldn't get it to match.

Has anyone had any issues with their battery?

Over the past six weeks my watch's battery has had issues. It started with the battery draining quite quickly and needed charging almost everyday or second day - I used to go approximately 5 days without having to charge. Recently the watch has powered off with battery remaining, e.g. it would show 35% battery and switch off. This would happen regardless of use, I could be sat on the sofa and it will power off, or out on a run. Then when charging, the battery will charge to a point, it might hit 75% then go no further.

The watch has been well maintained, it hasn't increase in use at all, all updates installed, hasn't taken any impacts etc. charging connections all appear clean. I've never worn the watch in water. The only change I can pinpoint is that I changed my phone mid-December, but Zepp app, etc. is running without issue.

Disable Bluetooth for a while, see if it makes any difference? I know Zepp hammers my Phone battery if I leave Bluetooth enabled.
