It's obvious that Trump is highly connected with Epstein and the rest of the paedophile groomers. The fact that Trump only allowed the photos of Bill Clinton to be released and has been stonewalling the other documents makes to clear that Trump is hiding something.

I don't see him serving a full term. He looks even fatter than he did the first term and mentally he's slowed way down. Fingers crossed the nightmare ends soon.

It seems that a lot of the redacted information on the new release can be copied and pasted and the full text still there to be seen.

Not sure if that's an incredible oversight or some unsung hero doing it on purpose.

I highly doubt he'll ever see that new Navy ship.

What surprises me is that Landry is already holding down a job, that of Governor of Louisiana since Jan 2024 after he won the 2023 election. Either he will be double-jobbing and Trump & Co have no fears about the GOP losing that post or they think it of no import.

Mad to think we live in an age where a letter from one of the most prolific paedophiles in recent history sends a letter to another convicted paedophile in which he says the current President of the United States is also a paedophile isn't front page news on every newspaper and news channel in the world is astonshing. I think he was right when he said he could shoot someone dead on 5th avenue and get away with.

Probably a slow response while they discuss a response in the two halls, EU and NATO. Maybe there might be a faster response from another corner of the globe if the Chinese think/thought that Russia and Trump were finangling a sweetheart deal against the best interests of others.

Finangling: Cambridge Dictionary…. to use tricks and dishonest methods to get what you want:

I don't think that Trump would have the intellect to plan a version of the Gleiwitz incident but I have no doubt whatsoever that others would be bold enough to think that having some-one do something at the USAF base on Greenland would serve as a reason to increase U.S ground security forces on the base. Maybe just some-one local to enter and spray a slogan on an aircraft would do, given how the U.S is so touchy about how paint causes so much damage to aircraft at Shannon here.

I thought he was supposed to have been murdered? So why the letter? And why send it 'days' before he killed himself? And why was it not seen by prison staff, given that, presumably, all correspondence would be examined? Its a bit convenient - 'HERE IS A CLUE' like in a detective novel.

Edit, correction, apparently the letter was postmarked 3 days after Epstein's death.

There was an error displaying this embed.

And then Vance and the Johnston if that doesn't work out

Presuming he did kill himself, no reason not to be so open in his letter in his final days. Sounds like he's lamenting that he is in prison for much of what Trump is also guilty of, yet Trump gets to be President. I'd also assume letters take a few days to get from prisoner to prisoner considering the security checks it'd have to go through, probably only collected/delivered a couple of times per week rather than each day.

There's no real job there imo (yet). He just has nod wisely to and repeat all Trump's (or Vance's) offensive comments about the US annexing Greenland.

If the little red (white) and blue men ever do go in, I suppose he might have to make decision about throwing his hat into ring to become Greenland's new US Gauleiter.

That could be a position where he and his family + cronies could gain far more personal wealth, so it may be attractive. That really seems to be almost the only driver now on the "Red" side of US politics.

Apparently according to MAGA all of today’s release implicating Trump is fake news even though much of it was reported when Trump wasn’t even a candidate for the presidency. So why would random people make accusations against him?
Pam Bondi is clearly working for Trump like all his other appointments, hired completely for loyalty

Like she, along with Roberts, Kavanaugh and Coney Barratt worked with GWB to ensure Gore didn't get a proper recount in Florida.

Imagine where we'd be if he had.

It's been said that these were redacted with fcuking Adobe. If you copy and paste the redacted bits into other documents it reveals what was redacted.

There is no way this could possibly be true right? No way their government are actually at that level of incompetence and stupidity?

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue

A few of the documents you can do that, I gave it a go.

But not that many and not with the latest releases.

It's a shame folks had to give away the discovery so quickly.

And also, forgetting to redact some names.

    https://edition.cnn.com/2025/12/22/politics/epstein-survivors-files-redactions

In particular, that article quotes some nim at the DOJ talking about the 'arduous' task of redacting.

Like, you think sympathy comes with your job? You worked haaard, so everything's o.k., amiright?

Shower of clowns is being kind.

Considering he has a diet worse than I did at 21, it's almost surprising he has lasted this long.

You would think the person who first discovered that would scrape the entire lot before mentioning it to anyone.

Even if Trump as figurehead is gone the ghouls have been unleashed behind the scenes by the Americans, will take more than Trump being 6 feet under to get out of this nightmare.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,348 ✭✭✭✭aloyisious

Coincidentally the letter to Larry asserted Epstein took the short route home, not exactly cryptic whomever scripted the letter.

Jesus this is nuts. How is there not more being made of some of these things than just being explained away with nonsense

From CBS: SCOTUS has blocked Trump Admin from deploying Nat Gd under Title 10 in Illinois while a legal challenge moves forward.

Washington — The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected a bid by the Trump administration to deploy National Guard members to the Chicago area while a legal challenge moves forward, delivering a setback to President Trump in his effort to use federalized troops in Illinois to ensure enforcement of federal immigration laws.

The high court left untouched a judge's decision blocking the government from putting National Guard members on the streets of Chicago and surrounding areas. The Trump administration had urged the Supreme Court to allow the extraordinary move to deploy the troops over the objection of Illinois' Democratic governor, arguing that federal courts cannot second-guess the president's decision to call the National Guard into federal service.

But the Supreme Court declined the administration's request to freeze that order in a decision that appears to be 6-3. Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch dissented.

In an unsigned order, the Supreme Court found that "at least in this posture" the Trump administration has not met its burden to show that Title 10, the law Mr. Trump invoked, permits him to federalize the National Guard "in the exercise of inherent authority to protect federal personnel and property in Illinois."

Not exactly a present for Trump given the season.

It's really more of a 5-4. Kavanaugh agreed with the issue of the stay, but disagreed with the majority's lack of distinction between executing the laws and protecting those who are executing the laws (which the dissent picked up on as well). Also, according to the majority's order, there would be less of an issue if Trump had deployed regular army troops, or at least, the decision would have been on different grounds (not addressed), which seems rather nonsensical to me. However, it seems to be a distinction under which Kavanaugh is drawing a line. He really doesn't like the implication that the federal government needs to run out of regular army forces before calling out federalised Guard. (And I agree with him)

The order acknowledges it does not address the use of troops in a protective capacity, as opposed to law enforcement, which is a pretty important distinction which you know the government is going to make during the case arguments. The dissent also believes that the definition of "regular forces" means civilian agencies regularly used for law enforcement, as opposed to Regular Army.

In any case, it's a stay, not an opinion on the merits, so as you say, there is more to follow on that.
