Yeah, I since heard his remarks on the radio and my first thought was he was talking about himself. But in Trump's version of 1984, weakness is strength and strength (or at least attempting to resist) is weakness.

Trump 'cashing in' as much as possible as presidency 'runs out of road'

"His desire to make Greenland a US territory, to his controversial remodeling of the White House to include a massive ballroom, to his plan to try and convert Gaza into a luxury beachfront resort region. All these plans and impulses, the editor suggests, stem from the fact that Trump is "a real estate guy who enjoys wealth, almost for its own sake," and is driven considerably by "materialism."

Personal wealth for himself and family is what drives him, he has beaten off most of the "lawfare" termed cases, Trump Inc., and its assets are borrowed up to the hilt, according to fraud case and this Presidency represents his last opportunity to gain serious wealth, will be interesting to find out where the "Pardons" monies/payoffs are going, his family too dumb to keep to keep the secrets and someone will out the "scheme".

Donald Trump's peace prize farce sparks demand for FIFA boss Gianni Infantino probe

"Now Fairsquare has written to FIFA’s ethics committee calling for an inquiry. Several senior FIFA sources told the Mirror they were not consulted about the new award."

Infantino would not have gone for it if he did not have his ass covered, these football scobies are smart, this is type of stroke Delaney would have pulled off in his prime and feck the begrudgers, walk/piss all over the Board and "Ethics" Committee.

Add in he has his eye on the oil in Nigeria and Venezuela , Ukraines mineral wealth and business deals with Putin once they split up Ukraine between them. Not mention getting a cut of Jareds Middle East billions and his proposed investment in Netflix.

Meanwhile he’s getting praise from MAGA for granting 12 billion to farmers to compensate for losing hundreds of billions to Argentina (beef sales) and China (stopped buying US soyabeans) due to his stupid tariffs.

If the goal was turning US foreign policy in Europe pro Russian and blowing up their traditional alliances there, and even in Asia, he and his admin. have done an incredible job in a very short amount of time! An A+ school report.

I am pretty much confirmed in my view now that he thinks Ukraine/Zelenskyy have cheated somehow by managing to survive so far, and this bugs him.

The dragging out of the war (i.e. Russia not being able to crush Ukraine) has been an awful trial and an ulcer-generator for his good friend Putin, who is a fellow Great Leader, and should naturally be presented with whatever he wants by the world etc.

I thought politico would be decent enough but that interviewer was awful. No pushback, didn't seem to have any facts to hand and just let Trump ramble on and lie repeatedly.

As Americans are worried about bills and their cost of living, going into the midterms this should be a major focus of attack by the Democrats:

When the history of this f*cked up period of America is written, the media's failure to properly hold Trump and his administration to account will be a significant chapter, especially when compared to the torrent of questions Biden and his team got on a daily basis.

Exactly. FIFA will do a lessons learned dance to which they can point to in future to justify why there'll never be another one of those ridiculous awards handed out. But no heads will roll.

Trump got his ego massaged, infantino got more time in the limelight and the board can claim righteous indignation. Textbook FIFA pr stroke. As you say, Delaney would have been impressed.

As an aside, the trophy Trump got was hideous. Looked like dead hands desperately reaching for safety as they were being pushed under water or something.

Unsurprising but nonetheless shocking poll on the attitudes of 'Young Republicans', and indeed male GOPers generally, particularly those from ethnic minorities.

Young Republicans drawn to Holocaust denial and racism – politicalbetting.com

It's disturbing enough that 36-41% of all GOP voters think the moon landings were faked, that the holocaust either didn't happen or was greatly exaggerated, and 9/11 was orchestrated by the US govt, which incidentally was the Bush GOP at the time.

But specifically on the Holocaust denial issue,

“Younger men [who vote Republican] are especially likely to hold this view (54% of men under 50 vs. 39% of women under 50). Among men over 50, 41% agree, compared with 18% of women over 50. Racial divides are particularly striking:

    “77% of Hispanic GOP voters

    “30% of white GOP voters

    “66% of black GOP voters”

There are similar age differences around racism. “Among the Current GOP under 50, a notable minority report that they themselves openly express racist (31%) or antisemitic (25%) views. Among those over 50 in the Current GOP, these figures drop to just 4% for each.”

Trump really loves talking about himself. Today in an interview I see Trump just said that he is a horrible incompetent man. Yes we all know you are Trump. Its about time that you finally admitted it. How about standing down now.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

I honestly don't know how Karolying Leavitt gets away with her gaslighting. She said the 12 billion being given to farmers - the backbone of the nation as per Donald Trump- was to help them recover from the mess Biden - who she said totally ignored farmers -had made of agriculture

Agriculture exports under Trump's first term were 580 billion. Under Biden, they were 718 billion. In Trump's second term, exports have collapsed again due to Tariffs.

How come journalists don't fact check her?

Since Donnie’s stupid participation prize from Infantino is getting lampooned so much I wonder how long it will be before he starts to just join in and admit that it is a stupid prize and that FIFA were stupid to give it to him.

I remember joking that MAGAworld would invent their own tacky peace prize for Donnie and that it would be pathetic…but damn…never could I have guessed FIFA doing it and also somehow making it more pathetic than the MAGA award I had imagined.

Although on reflection; these are the same people who thought it was just fine to reschedule a World Cup to allow the event to happen in the middle of the f*cking desert and for it to be hosted in stadia that were build with what amounted to slave-labor. Fine bunch of lads all-together aren’t they?

    It's quite simple.

We have a thriving, vibrant and multicultural Europe that is the envy of the world. This is what Trump fears and hates more than anything. Why? It's because he's nothing more than a disgusting orange racist.

Better to let her waffle on and on, when the admin falls she can face whatever is coming to her with the evidence right there in front of everyone. No mercy for any of these lying c**nts.

On another note, of course any loud mouth obnoxious american you meet in europe on their 5 day holiday will claim not to have voted for trump but they should be told in no uncertain terms what people think of them and their stinking cuntry.

I remember those nutjobs now you say it. If that was believed who's to say the Bosnian war wasn't a stage set too. I Imagine they think all the buildings destroyed in wars were destroyed by demolition experts and hundreds of thousands of people declared dead by bribed doctors and then spirited away to new lives in Australia. The craziness never ends.

There appear to be a number of them, all the same layout but with various outlandish (even for Trump) announcements. They are being shown to be spoofs.

What a stupid, incompetent, self centred, bigot, thick, ignorant, cruel, despicable, arrogant, lying, con man.

Surely some day he'll be held accountable - might not just be in this life..

Trump's nomination for Mayor of Miami just got defeated by a Democrat.

    https://www.timescolonist.com/world-news/democrat-wins-miami-mayors-race-for-the-first-time-in-nearly-30-years-11602838

GOP had held the office for 30 years.

I'd say you wouldn't have to look too far to find an Irish connection to the winner. One Eileen Higgins.

Remember all the commentary saying people would be running out of New York to Florida because Mamdani had won the mayoral race. I hope they haven't already left, the poor pets.

Trump seems.quite rattled about the reporting of his mental health… and doesn't quell the talk by accusing the NYT of sedition.

    1000026644.jpg 1000026645.jpg

Funnily enough, it was perfectly fine when they reported on Biden of course.

It's weird the way I used to think this talk of "figures like you've never seen before" etc as second hand car salesman talk. Now it just comes across as the utter delusional ramblings of a senile and bitter old man.

Elect a clown... Expect a circus
