    it’s not a surprise. Losing to Palace away is on par for this team and manager. The only bit of hope was that Palace may have been tired after the Europa league but it isn’t to be

    amorim needs to make a change here at HT. looking at the bench he picked, dorgu for dalot is the only sub i can see.

    though, what did he say about dorgu pre-game?

    So much of this stems from midfield. I cannot for the life of me understand why Bruno is at CM. He’s our best attacker, play him further up. He doesn’t have it in him to play the more disciplined role he has in CM. Cas just ends up on his own and I don’t see one of the CBs filling in to help.

    Yes, he just cannot send out the same players with the same tactics.

    A very poor first half. Palace not even playing well but still they should be further ahead. Is any United player playing well ?

    We should have sold Bruno to Saudi in the summer and bought a proper midfielder. This midfield obsession of Casemiro and Bruno is going to cost Amorim his job.

    The CBs are being pinned back because there's no pressure on the ball in the middle for Palace to just launch long balls at them.

    0.01 xG from open play in the first half. I'm not that up on xG but that tells me we hadn't a hope of scoring from open play.

    Bruno didn't want to leave he was discussing a contract and was offered silly money he turned it down we would have happily sold him we wouldn't have accepted the offer otherwise. When he didn't leave of course the manager is going to say he always wanted to keep him what else would he say.

    Hear what you’re saying there but Amorim’s problem is Amorim itself.

    Showing no guts and playing footballers that belong in a circus ring as a clown is his fault.

    He’ll probably bring on Ugarte now to guarantee Palace a goal or two more.

    It’s a shambles bluffed by a 5 match unbeaten streak that is now being exposed.

    I think the most depressing thing about it all is I really have no belief whatsoever he might go.
