    I had just cancelled Sports Extra @ €10/month as it was due to expire on December 4th & was offered €20/month

    NOWSPXPINC10 €10 for 12m worked for me.

    Main Event UHD is available on Now TV in low latency? I know it's on Sky Stream where the delay is 5 seconds or so from a traditional satellite broadcast.

    yes but depends on the game. Some are, some arent. eg Arsenal game at Sunderland last week was not.

    Now also finally has multi-view available on certain weeks.

    That's odd. You'd imagine the low latency channel would be full time like it is on Sky.

    on UHD I find there is no sound or distorted sound during ad breaks. I’m using an Apple TV. Doesn’t happen on the HD Channel

    I went to cancel my free month of ultraboost. clicked through and was then offered €5 a month. Clicked to accept that offer and got an error message.

    Went through the rigamarole again only this time I got no offer and it just cancelled it. Oh well

    Could you please let me know how many days of the free month had elapsed when you canceled and received the offer? I’ve tried this several times now, but I’ve never received an offer.

    I was about halfway through. I think its up on the 4th of December.

    I haven't gone about trying to fix it though. If I get around to it tomorrow I'll let the thread know how Sky responded.

    They offered it to me when I went to cancel my subscription 6mts ago.But when my offer was up the other day they offered me 8.50 for 6 months…

    So this must be a common fault. My HD sports channels ok also. I have the app on 2 different model LG TVs.The distortion only happens on the older model. Anybody found a fix for this. I have tried all different sound settings in TV

    I could be wrong, but it seems like if you've been on an offer, you need to have a month or 2 on a normal rate to get a new discount. I was on an older entertainment deal, it expired, stayed on €12 a month for 1 billing cycle, then cancelled, and was offered €3.50 a month for 6 months.

    To be honest, it's not that much of a saving compared to the codes above → €12 + €3.50 x 6 months = €33 for 7 months, compared to €5 for 6 months = €30. Still a big saving compared to €72 at full rate, though.

    Nuts i just paid for the fiver deal a couple weeks ago as i thought the 3 quid deals were a thing of the past. Did some say here that you can contact support and they will let you out of the old deal to sign up for a new one?
