Upgrading from Microsoft Office Personal to Family

    I have MO for Personal use but my wife recently bought a laptop for herself and wants to have MO as well.The annual cost for my is €69 and goes up to €129 for a family plan (allowing for 5 users). However according, unless I am reading this wrong, they want to charge me €129 now and charge me €129 again when I renew again in February 2026.

    They do mention something about pro-rata but it is very vague as to whether they are giving me credit and/or extending my renewal.
    Has anyone else experience of doing this before with them and how did they work out.
