Hi folks, I bought a 55 inch LG B7 from yourselves in 2018 and a Samsung UE75AU9000 in 2023. Both great tvs but we are now thinking of upgrading to a 100 inch.

I see you have a couple of Hisense and TCLs coming in at around £1,600/1,700. Which of these would you guys recommend as being the best please?

I have a Sonos sound bar so the tv sound doesn’t matter.

    Thanks

    Hi mdwexford.

    Many thanks for the post.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship Hisense televisions into the South Of Ireland due to not having any after service for the brand should there be any faults or issues, because of this we have taken the decision to not ship them to the ROI.

They can be collected from the Belfast store but for a 100" you would need a very large van.

The TCL 98", both the 98C6 and 98C7 are currently out of stock but due back within the coming weeks.
These should be able to be shipped once in stock.

The premium 98C855 is still in stock

    Thanks for the fast reply.

So out of the below which would you recommend?

Would probably go with one that could be delivered but could look into the possibility of hiring a van to collect a Hisense.

    TCL 98P8

    TCL 98C6

    Hisense 100 E7NQTUK Pro

    Hisense 100 E7QTUK Pro

    Hi Mdwexford.

At the moment the TCL 98" are also instore only collections.
The 98P8 is the better of the two TCL's.

The 100E7nQTUK Pro is also out of stock but there is a small amount of the 100E7QTUK Pro in our main warehouse.

I would say the TCL's will give the better picture quality as they are Mini LED over the QLED of the Hisense.

    Thanks Kenny.

So none of the 98/100 inch TVs are available for delivery to the ROI?

  • Company Representative Posts: 18,399 ✭✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: Kenny

    Hi mdwexford.

Actually I just checked again on the TCL 98P8 as it is not listed on the .ie site.
It's priced at £1599 on our .com site and is showing up for delivery. (Link below to show product).

    https://www.richersounds.com/tcl-98p8k-uk/

    Delivery would be £9.99

    Hi Kenny,

Been having a look and think I might actually go for the TCL C7K, do you know when this will be back in stock please?

  • Company Representative Posts: 18,399 ✭✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: Kenny

    Hi Mdwexford.

The 98C7 has no current ETA unfortunately.
I'm not sure when we might see more of these arriving.

    Hi Kenny,

Probably answered this already on other threads but do you have the TCL 75C7 or 85C7 in stock for collection or delivery? Thanks

  • Company Representative Posts: 18,399 ✭✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: Kenny

    Hi Dkx64.

Unfortunately both are out of stock.

The 75C7 and the 85C7 are currently awaiting an ETA for more to arrive but nothing confirmed as of yet.

    Thanks Kenny.

So what are my options for a 98/100 inch tv that’s in stock delivered to Ireland please?

Would like to move on one asap.
    Thanks.

    Thanks David.

Unfortunately that one is outside of my budget.

    Anything else cheaper please?

  • Company Representative Posts: 18,399 ✭✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: Kenny

    Hi MDwexford.

Nothing cheaper in stock at the moment unfortunately.

We are still awaiting an ETA on the 98C6 and 98C7.

    Hi Folks,

The TCL C7K seems to be in stock on the website now. Could I place an order for one please?

  • Company Representative Posts: 18,399 ✭✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: Kenny

    Hi MDwexford.

The 98C7 is still not in stock unfortunately.
There is still no "Buy It Now" button on our website

    Hi Kenny,

No worries, it was showing up for me on the .com website last night and I could add it to a basket.

Maybe it was a glitch in the system. Thanks anyway.

    Actually still in my basket

    Hi MDwexford.

We do not the 98C7 listed on our .ie website as it has been out of stock for a while.
If it was on the .com site it must have been very briefly as it is no longer even listed on the .com site.
Seems they have removed the product altogether.

We also have pre orders on the 98C7 that we have to sort when the stock arrives.
I can add you into the line and once we get stock we can finalise things up.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,318 ✭✭✭✭mdwexford

    Yes please, thanks Kenny.

  • Company Representative Posts: 18,399 ✭✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: Kenny

I'll get that sorted for you MDWexford and see if I can find anything else out on the ETA.

    Hi folks,

I see the C7 is on the .co.uk website now, is it available to order?

  • Company Representative Posts: 4,894 ✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: DavidS

Thanks for getting back to us mdwexford!

Unfortunately we're still sold out of the 98C7K and waiting for an ETA for them landing in the warehouse.

We are still keeping an eye out though but deliveries of the C7Ks have been pushed back several times.

    Apologies for any inconvenience!

    Kind regards

    David
