hi all i have situation with letting agency I've been in apartment for 4 years and under unforeseen turn of events i have to vacate property within two months time so i gave my notice that being said i have nothing but hassle with agency replaced 2 washing machines and cooker repainted property not to mention overplayed rent that never has been refunded, further agency supposed to keep my parking spot up to date which they of course missed and ive got clamped and spent 90 euros on phone bill just get my space sorted out .now because i have been here for four years aparently i should give at least 112 days notice and agent told me that they lanlord might take it further what she means , shes not returning any of my emails what should i do ?
