    I'm fortunate enough that cost of fuel is not one of my considerations. My reasons for being scepical are not "in my head" , they are based on research and my educated opinion

    In your case right now, perhaps not if you don't do all that much driving. But long-term definitely worth it and you'll probably end up having to get one anyway if the government get serious about banning petrol engines in 2030-35

    We have a charger. She drives an ID4 and I had an Audi E-Tron. I got rid of the E-Tron as I sometimes do long-distance and the range was shite. Currently drive a BMW 530e and I plug it in daily to the charger. I work from home most of the time so nearly all my driving is electric because I'm able to use the charger. Saves me a ton.
