Realistically we're talking one of DAA/DUO/GAJ/GCF/EIN/EIM here. Is there any of the above where any of row 10 don't have a seat directly in front of it. I might be completely misremembering but I thought row 9 only has 3 seats in the middle on some frames?

There's a 9 DEFG which tends to be given to families with infants (along with 30 DEFG). Maybe it’s blocked off for booking hence missing from the image but I can 100% assure you 10G is not a bulkhead on any of EI’s 330’s, or any of their aircraft for that matter.

Pretty sure you have to be capable of operating the emergency exit door in case of an emergency to be able to sit in an exit row seat which could be a problem for OP as they have mobility issues.

They’ll be able to occupy a seat by the exit on the 330 as that door is operated by the crew. It’s only an over wing exit (which the 330 hasn’t got) which requires the passenger to operate.

It depends whether it is a 300/200 aircraft operating the flight. Some of the aircraft row 9HK is a bulkhead
