Yes they did say some terrible sh1t- but one of them was out on a night with a rake of pints on him when he was covertly recorded - thought that somewhat unfair -he had a right to some privacy - some of the others though, there’s no real excuses to be found - I know police have a hard job and do decompress differently to other careers given the nature of their work- but advocating putting bullets in emigrants heads or beating the sh1t out of a prisoner in the back of a police van or breaking a prisoners tendons when they refuse to provide fingerprints is way OTT even for that stressful career
