hi there I have an old system link installed for over 20 yrs now in my house , have replaced one or two pumps over that time but generally extremely reliable .. unfortunately I noticed a leak coming from the manifold I think it might be called .. this is a big cast iron unit and it’s just like a pin size hole but I’m wondering if it can be repaired or welded or whatever and who would undertake to do such a job? I have 3 zones and a circulating pump for each zone ( upstairs downstairs and hot water which has a pipe stat .. I’m afraid to run the heating so have turned everything off and closed the valves .. any input would be much appreciated.. thank you .

Might also have damage inside. If you hammer a punch into the area it will tell you if the whole area as rusted thin. Don't flood your house.

A welding business could repair if you think it's otherwise sound.
