Good luck trying to find a way to talk with someone about it. Had to do similar myself recently and it was like trying to get blood from a stone to find a way to talk with anyone even a bot in chat.

Though fair play to them when I finally did manage to talk with someone they were very helpful. Got a full refund and even got to keep the package once it arrived and it still arrived in time for my holidays.

yeah, im kind of torn, I'm sure they're paid well but don't want to seem like a cheapskate if its the norm to tip and I just didn't realise

Its not the norm to tip Builders/construction in Ireland i think anyway It would like tipping the mechanic as well to fix your car. Tea/coffee food would be mot with people nowdays

The start of "Boom Boom Boom Boom" by Vengaboys sounds a lot like that of "Lay your love on me" by ABBA.

Had a nice weekend in Limerick. Did a bit of a crawl Saturday. Devastated to see that Baker Place is some jesus saves type place now. Some amount of demons needed to be excorcised out of there. Amazing spot.

Its probably trite and predictable but ended up having a good few in Nancy Blakes. Always a fine busy spot.
