I was in a hurry last week and bought a Supervalue salad box.

    The broccoli salad is incredible.

The pepper/tomato salad is also very good.

Is anyone familiar with these and knows how to prep them, especially the dressing on the broccoli salad?

It's going to be difficult to know… I haven't tried Supervalu salads, but I do like similar broccoli, carrot salads that I have had, with peanuts too. I'd like to try and make it soon…

Perhaps start with this recipe and play around with it? Maybe some dijon with the mayo? And a little bit of sugar and vinegar? Or perhaps combine or replace with some yoghurt and tahini?

That broccoli/carrot/peanut salad mix was a Superquinn staple back in the day

The broccoli one is likely just cooked (barely) broccoli with mayo and some sort of vinegar, maybe white wine or apple cider. Then whatever else you want in it.

There is a much loved broccoli and peanut salad in my family (I don't care for it, myself) but I'm pretty sure it was basically raw broccoli and carrots, peanuts and mayonnaise with a little curry powder added. It's the curry powder that I don't like but most people do.
