Problems with MPB

    Hi

    Is anybody having problems with MPB Europe. A friend was trading her lens against a more expensive one, but they only paid her on an inferior model. The one she traded never appeared for sale on site. After emailing several times & trying to call but they would hangup, they eventually gave her a voucher for the difference, but when she tries to use the voucher she is not allowed.

    Anybody know how we could deal with the problem

    Something a bit odd was going on with MPB last year.

    Took me three goes to get the camera I wanted, the first two were duds.

    Otoh, before that and since I've been happy enough with their service and prices.
