- I had older oil burner and problem with a start. It was caused by dirty ionisation sensor (it is kind of "plug" which can be removed just by gently pulling it out of the burner body. At the top was (dirty) glass window. After cleaning everything goes back to normal.
- Quite often I had water condensation(due humidity) in the oil tank. It's flow down and makes ugly slime at the BOTTOM of the tank. If level of slime was too high it was sucked to the piping and blocked piping and pump. cleaning only piping and pump won't help much as it repeat almost instantly.
