Hi all. Am working full time in private sector.
I Have been placed on a panel for a public sector job ( panel will expire in 1year and I may not be offered a role within that timeframe).
If I apply for another public sector job eg. Local authority and accept same at say entry point of 57k and then at later date get called off panel from the first public sector job that starts at 80k and I correct in saying I will start at 80k irrespective of lesser salary working for local authority. Ie. Lesser salary does not carry over.
