Just looking for advice around primary teaching. I have been accepted into hibernia and I’m starting to get cold feet about starting. I have subbed (someone with a background in healthcare) and enjoyed it.
My main concern is that I’m living in Kerry and would hope to stay if I were to qualify. Obviously, it’s one of the counties in which jobs are hard to get. Just wondering if anyone has experience around it? I would be able to do relief hours in my current healthcare job with subbing hours should I be fortunate. Just looking for thoughts/ advice. TIA.

Kerry is notoriously difficult for jobs, as so many Kerry people train as teachers. Could you survive on subbing work ?
