if you have general admission and are trying to get promoted to front standing which of these do you follow?

Head to front standing and hope for the best?

Anyone who was there tonight tell me what time did Richard Ashcroft start and how long did it take getting in?

I went in at 6.30 and it took 5 minutes. Richard Ashcroft went on at 7.

Would that only work if you have a hogan stand ticket? Apologies for all the questions.

just home from it , there was a couple beside me on their phone for the whole thing .

Looking up scores to matches , looking at instagram stories of other people at the gig didn’t take part in any of the craic

    Bizzare carry on

Irish crowd felt less passionate than Wembley, could be well where I was sitting tbf

some **** show all the same , enjoy everyone going tomorrow

I've just had the best night of my life.

    Just incredible

I'm not sure from the side I entered I could only see sections 301 to about 320 but there is 2 entrances on either side of the pitch at the back

Yep they were. The tickets get transferred into your ticketmaster account

My brother in law managed to get me seated tickets a couple of hours before the show and genuinely couldn't have been happier with where we ended up. Hogan lower around the half way line and some noticeable celebrities around us.

Gig was top notch and exactly what I wanted/expected from it! Full sing-a-long for every song and the people in our area were well into the show.

What was the sound like because it's usually **** awful in croke park

Best impromptu gig I've attended in my life after waking up this morning without any ticket

Oasis were on it from the off, no real holes to pick on the setlist, sound was pretty good from the lower tier, Liam still sounds great and I thought the atmosphere around seemed really positive where I was though I'm aware other people in other areas stadium will have different reports on that

I missed first half of Richard Ashcroft's set that's a little regret but at least the 2nd half of the set I saw was full on Verve Urban Hymns, he is amazing anyone attending tomorrow make sure you get in before 7pm to enjoy his full set

Croke Park need to sort out their beer sales, I don't understand why they don't have all kiosks utilising selling beer on nights like this

Exceptional ....moody. all in one. Fantastic gig but they are no bruce.

I tried it once and it worked. Just met my friend at the toilets halfway through the gug when the security staff were less eager and walked back to the pitch with her, don't know if the present set up enables that but it did in 2016

Great night but sound was ropey and trying to get a pint in that place is like trying to get blood from a stone, anyone going tomorrow night bring the hip flask

No he didn't, he said it was for people who were no longer with us.

Absolute **** show getting onto the pitch. Missed all of Richard Ashcroft because of how badly organized it was outside

    Oasis were fantastic

I didn't like it I had a 200 euro ticket in Cusack. I reckon it

    was indecipherable

    **** yess what a night

    The 'cheap seats' we're great

Getting a pint was another story

Just be grateful you got to go and stop being a smug prick.

There's something very "Vegas" in the vibe around this whole event (except of course that's it's Croker with no food minimal bars and minimal toilets). After getting scammed by Coldplay Croker FOMO last year will be happy to listen to this from my garden with a few cold ones tomorrow nite.

Downside to all the pints in seats was getting soaked by some dope behind me, and again later, as we're others with us and around us by various morons who spilled drinks. Place was soaked after them.

So to anyone drinking, don't be a twat and spill them on others. If you can't survive a gig without drinking then what's the point, some missed the encore songs buying drinks ffs.

    Otherwise an amazing gig.

and in and out for alcohol , then off to the loo, how much of the show are they missing, can’t people eat / drink before or after the show . The tickets were extortionate so watch the show and stop thinking of food and drink for a couple of hours!!

i got 2 tickets at 5.15pm ‘restricted’ for €61 inclusive of fees. Absolutely brilliant. Side of stage aisle seats

Won't work this time. Gen admission pitch standing also must have wristbands, different from front standing. And they were checking them.

    ^^^^^

This to everyone with pitch standing. Get your wristband once you've through the turnstiles, some people ignored them and had to come back later to get them, cos they were not allowed on the pitch. Was outside the croker at 1900 but it was a **** show with crowd control. One way system for pitch getting in and out, but it was a mess at that time, it was sorted quite quickly alright. Entered the pitch when the bittersweet symphony was on.

Only rockshore beer and water on the pitch and outside, if you want Guinness or cider, vine, soft drinks etc, you have to go upstairs to 300s. Yes, you're allowed.

It was a good night. Thanks to the guy who mentioned hellotickets.

For anyone going tomorrow night, no bother getting Front Standing. Walked in just before 5. They were giving out wristbands to first 7000 who came in for general standing. Just keep an eye out as you come through the turnstiles. Got right up the front. What a show. RA was class again. I can't believe how many seats were empty in the stands while he was playing though.
