Anyone’s seen much change in cash usage over the past year? I’ve noticed more places with “card only” signs lately, especially in smaller towns. Do you think we’re getting close to cashless being the norm, or is cash still hanging on in your area?

I’ve noticed contactless is nearly expected everywhere now, even at smaller shops. I was looking for more info on different ways to pay online and found https://www.antom.com/payment-methods/ handy for seeing options businesses actually use here. It helped me get a better idea of what's popular and how payments are handled behind the scenes, especially for local retailers moving online.

Interesting research project on digital payments in Ireland! contactless transactions and mobile payments are becoming increasingly popular. I'd love to contribute and see what insights come out of it.
