Just ordered a load of parts from them money taken but no reply other than part will ship tomorrow which was last Friday.

I know there are better options but they were just the easiest and had everything or so I thought when I ordered.

Edit> They don't answer the phone anymore just an recorded msg and they are being slow at responding to their contact form so not getting a good feeling.

Wake me up when it's all over.

Ordered car mats on 28/07, on 02/08 got email saying there is a delay with my order due to Brexit and delays at ports. It was finally posted on 06/08 and arrived the next day.

Every time I'm looking for parts, always end up going with mister auto. Micks garage have increased their prices quite significant

They sent the order out with Fastway at about 4:30pm. ffs I paid them extra for it to go with An Post and they send it late with the most unreliable couriers in Ireland, couriers that don't bother calling here if they don't have other drops in the area :-( Won't be using them again.

At least with Fastway you'll get your parcels drop kicked into the back garden at 5am so there's that

I try and buy in my local motor factors rather than Micks Garage or online.

I'm lucky enough to have a great relationship with the local guys so they give

me great prices and there is never any hassle bringing things back if they are

    wrong.

I dread the day they close up, which will happen because the owner is old

and developers want his premises for apartments.

Shop local if you can, you will miss them when they are gone.

Usual Fastway runaround. Nothing delivered and when I check the tracking its been "Returned to Depot".

Fastways excuse on the Track your package page is that they phoned me and got know answer yesterday.

Well firstly no missed calls on the phone and secondly they never call at the house anyway and just fcuk the parcel over the gate and leave it.

Sorry this is becoming a rant but there is no point complaining to either micksgarage or fastway.

Edit> Follow up so any finding this thread from google knows the full story.

Parts arrived and Fastway driver brought them to the door because they were heavy and because he thought the parcel was too expensive to leave by the gate.

So ordered micksgarage Thursday arrived the following Wednesday.
