Alternatively a Youtube embed for those of us not using Twitter:

    IMDB link.

'A couple's move to the countryside triggers a supernatural incident that drastically alters their relationship, existence and physical form.'

Alison Brie and Dave Franco starring, with what looks like writer-director Michael Shanks' first feature film.

That is one strange movie. I really don't know what to make of it. I think I enjoyed it. It kept me engaged anyway, wondering how it was going to unfold. The very last scene is a little cringe. But kinda interesting at the same time. Almost humorous. I don't know!! It's definitely not a film I will be returning to for a rewatch. But it still has me thinking about it 2 days later, which is more than what can be said about most movies these days.

I read that people were freaked out about body horror. There wasn't anything too bad in it. I thought it would be worse. I wouldn't be a big fan of gore just for the sake of it. But this was grand - for me anyway. Wasn't really scary either.

    More than I thought !!

Dave Franco and Alison Brie, who are married in real life, have collaborated on several films and a short.1 Their shared projects include:

    • The Little Hours (2017)2

    • The Disaster Artist (2017)3

    • The Lego Movie (2014), in which they both voiced characters.
    • The Rental (2020), which Dave Franco directed and co-wrote, and Alison Brie starred in.4

    • Somebody I Used to Know (2023), which they co-wrote, with Franco directing and Brie starring.5

Together (2025), a supernatural horror film in which they both star and are credited as producers.6

It is OK only. It has the nice Franco brother and his talented wife in its favour. Not enough in it to sift through in coming days but don't resent the 100 or so minutes I spent on it.

We both saw it last night in the cinema, thought it was actually excellent.

Certainly more scary than the other horrors on the past few weeks like Weapons and Bring Her Back.

When I saw the trailers initially I was asking myself "When did Natalie Imbruglia get into acting?" 🤣
