Signed up for eFlow automatic tolling on M50, it seems to have missed one of my journeys yesterday

    I should be grateful I suppose 😀

I travelled both ways on M50 yesterday but it's only logged one of the journeys.

Just wondering if it often misses journeys for other people?

i suspect they'll have photographed your car as it went through and will register it as an unpaid toll.

others here will know better than me how they will follow up on this; but i suspect you won't have benefitted from a free journey.

If they could photograph my car why wouldn't they be able to read the number plate?

    Both number plates were clean.

FYI, it is a GB reg car

Shouldn't make a difference as long as that's the reg on the account.

It's not an instant system, check again tomorrow morning and it'll probably be there.

The below is a general 'signature' and not part of any post:

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

Public transport user? If you're sick of phantom ghost services on the 'official' RTI sources, check bustimes.org for actual 'real' RTI, if it's on their map it actually exists.

It's possibly just a glitch on their side. As pp said, check again tomorrow and it'll probably have shown up.

Just to confirm that the second toll has now appeared.

I guess it may update customer accounts once during the day and the second journey yesterday was after the update.

If they are not sure on reg they ask a real human to double check. They also have multiple photos and rear racing cameras so they can compare them all.
