Plenty of Palestinians have died in Israeli prison. Some have been beaten to death, recently one starved to death. The IDF even anally raped one with an iron bar.

You're going to have to provide sources and corroborated evidence for all of your claims. You have posted utter rubbish previously - Red velvet cake in the rubble of Khan Younis?

So full corroborated evidence from reputable sources or you're just spamming the thread.

seems you have zero understanding of the ICJ and what an "advisory opinion" is (as do other pro Israelis):

"Despite having no binding force, the Court’s advisory opinions nevertheless carry great legal weight and moral authority. They are often an instrument of preventive diplomacy and help to keep the peace. In their own way, advisory opinions also contribute to the clarification and development of international law and thereby to the strengthening of peaceful relations between States."

    Let me get this straight.

Are you stating that because you saw a video of a restaurant serving cake in Gaza that Israel is not committing Genocide?

Just answer that simple question - yes or no is all you need to respond with. That's all, a simple "yes" or "no".

I'll discuss further on the basis of your answer.

I'd love to know how Hamas stole all the food for the almost three months that no food was allowed in.

    That's some ingenious fecking theft.

And how when a trickle of food was let in, it was supposed to feed all of Gaza anyway.

And how hamas are doing it when israel claims it controls something like 70% of the strip.

And how after all the bombings and killings, hamas have enough strength left to do all this.

And finally, the militias that Israel armed are stealing food, are they now Hamas?

Tell me, are Hamas in the room with you right now?

I don't know why I'm doing this as I doubt I am talking to a human being here such is the level of posts from you but...

On one hand you claim there is no starvation in Gaza. That Hamas are capable of staging this whole thing, duping the world and most international media...

....they do this by "controlling every pixel in Gaza" - so no picture get out without their say, this omnipotent, all seeing entity that is Hamas....

...then you then show us "timestamped" (whatever that means) pictures of people eating red velvet cake in an untouched Gaza, and this regularly gets broadcast to the world, and it has to be true because it is "timestamped".

…You must be lying about something then.

If Hamas are staging this starvation, and have control of every pixel, then pictures of people eating cake wouldn't regularly be getting out, would they?

Or there is widespread starvation in Gaza, Hamas can't control every pixel, or stage these events during a situation where we have seen from the air that Gaza is completely destroyed - and you are willfully posting the most unbelievable hogwash for whatever little messed up reason you have.

And if you are a bot... I think the machine that is generating you is on the blink, you should alert a technician to restart you

The Goebbels department of the Israeli regime are really pushing the propaganda to the Americans, they must fear that the US people will see the light

Surprise , surprise you are being disingenous again. You know well it can't be legally enforced by the court. However the opinion carries moral and political weight.

If it was any other country, that you weren't desperate to defend, i suspect you would acknowledge the opinion of the court and agree that said country should act on it. This is the problem, and it's a consistent pattern with you and other pro Israelis: you are quick to point out what one side should to do bring about change but Israel has no agency at all. You said Hamas should disarm( i actually agree they should) and as part of a settlement Israel should commit to a two state solution and as part of that pledge to get out of the West Bank. However we all know with the current Israeli government that will never happen no matter what Hamas does or doesn't do .

Another BBC live page article - 78% of Gaza's buildings have either been destroyed or damaged.

"Over the last three months, the biggest increase in damage has been in the southern Gaza areas of Khan Younis and Rafah. This is where we recently documented entire towns being systematically demolished by the Israeli military, like Abasan al-Kabira, seen in the images below."

Of course, according to @political analyst there is a restaurant in Khan Younis still serving Red Velvet Cake. Hard to believe but sure, Twitter proves their case.

Deplorable to use the suffering of the hostages for this sick propaganda.

I can only presume the hostages starving because the Gazans are themselves starving.

Back when UNRWA and other NGOs were managing aid, freed Israeli hostages had said they had good treatment for Hamas. Do you recall them shaking hands and saying goodbye and good luck etc. to each other?

When I search google for "red velvet cake khan younis" the only result is that tweet.

I went looking at the accounts and it's bizarre.

    https://x.com/imshin

It's just video after video of a happy lovely Khan Younis. No damage at all. Loads of people eating in cafes and restaurants. Although weirdly there's never an actual link to the original content. Not a single link in all the tweets the guy puts up. He claims to be talking them from Palestinian social media accounts and yet never shares them.

If there is no starvation in Gaza, why don't the regime allow hundreds of international journalists and camera crews in? This could easily be proven in the space of 24 hours.

Many people are now well tuned into the Hasbara and now know when Israel is taking them for a ride - even Israelis.

Of course, as we are also well aware, there are still people who swallow it whole and continue to regurgitate it here. That is either because they are imbeciles or they fully believe it.

The latter will continue to do so simply because they would otherwise have to abandon their justification and support for Genocide.

Remember the posts bigging up the IDF Poster Boys (and girls)?

Seems they really are just scumbags:

    Haaretz:

"From children's Piggy Banks to heirloom gold: Reports of Israeli Soldiers Looting Surge in the West Bank"

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 8,820 ✭✭✭Odhinn

"A new MSF report, This is not aid. This is orchestrated killing, documents the horrors witnessed by MSF staff at two clinics that regularly received mass influxes of casualties following violence at sites run by the GHF, an Israeli-US proxy that has militarised food distribution. "

That's powerful testimony - and from MSF too.

Though I doubt it will impede @political analyst and their ilk with the usual "isolated incident", "fake news", "but Hamas" rubbish.

26 years ago, same script from the BBC and Israel. Tony Benn must be spinning in his grave at what his son has become

A few years ago, they would have never thought they would go against Doctors without Borders, the UN, the ICJ etc. It was unthinkable that Israel would ever do such a thing.

Now they rot in hell supporting the indefensible. This goes so far beyond "politics". If you support Israel's actions now in 2025, you are a complete and utter monster.

I cannot maintain any friendship where the other person supports this. They are dead to me and they will be dead to me forever. They can get their social support from each other but the rest of the world despises them.

    Well said.

Anyone who supports or justifies Israeli atrocities is a pariah. Just like Israel itself.

This stain will last forever - terrorist genocidal State. Utterly abhorrent.

And they are still not done.

No starvation, no humanitarian crisis, nothing to see here, move along. We have no restrictions on aid getting into Gaza.

    Pure lies.

Irish non perishable aid (tents etc) sat in Jordan for five months. Five months.

The people who support it are simply vile. And it's so predictable as well. A lad I know, who I've had serious beef with in the past, has since been heard over beers defending this stuff. It's like there is a prerequisite where you have to be an absolute cúnt with no humanity. They're the lads who skinned cats in secondary school because it made them feel powerful.

interview with MSF on BBC live which will also post news of Israeli security cabinet decision on totally taking over Gaza.

"It seems unfathomable to me that we have to imagine a situation that can get even worse than the total apocalypse we find ourselves in already," Caroline Willeman tells the BBC News channel

Willeman, who has been working for MSF in Gaza for six weeks, says she thought the crisis in Gaza was "dystopian" from day one - and it has worsened since.

Just watching Sky News. Israelis protesting outside the cabinet meeting Butchermin Netanyahu is having re occupying all of Gaza. It looks like everyone is against it, even senior members of the IDF and well, the rest of the civilised world. It was said that BN was waging war on Gaza so as he wouldn't have to go on trial in Israel. I never believed, even an odious man like him would murder innocent people to avoid jail time, but it's looking an awful lot like that now.

The pressure on the alleged War Criminal leader of Israel continues.

It won't make a blind bit of difference.

They need to rise up and throw him out - either into an Israeli court or The Hague. Preferably both.

9th circle of Hell is reserved for traitors - that's where he belongs.

    Haaretz
More than 4,000 Jews from Diaspora communities worldwide – among them prominent philanthropists and rabbis, as well as former government ministers – signed a letter warning Netanyahu that his government's policies and rhetoric are causing "lasting damage" to Israel and world Jewry.

The letter urged Netanyahu to ensure the provision of aid to Gaza, to end the war, bring home the hostages and declare that Israel will not resettle Gaza or "pursue or advocate any policy of expulsion of Palestinians civilians under any guises."
