    Not a bug but very annoying, posts are being deleted on the fundraising thread mine included. Mine was just asking if a mod could explain why and I also posted and tagged an Admin to see why, both posts deleted! I took a copy of one post and pm'd Mike because I have no faith in whoever is moderating that thread.

    Don't expect anything from life, just be grateful to be alive.

    Looks like even this site will need to apply EU Age Verification (age assurance) guidelines as well now!

    The EU's executive has used a risk-based approach for the guidelines, with – for example – websites selling alcohol, drugs or access to pornography or gambling content being labelled as "high-risk" and expected to use the strictest age verification methods.

    At the same time, a Commission press release said it expects any age assurance method that's used for child protection purposes to be accurate, reliable, robust, non-intrusive and non-discriminatory.

    The report option is now 'flag'.

    The popup presents a category checkbox but that doesnt scroll on Android Chrome.

    Tried to change my picture on my profile . Could not change from this gormless one ( see emoji « ) either to another less gormless emoji type or back to my old one.

    The Upload picture option is all that comes up when you click on change picture . I don't want to upload a picture as such just a new emoji or back to my old Pebbles one ?

    Anybody know a fix for this ?

    If you are on the phone, try switching to desktop mode. Similarly, if you are on a laptop, try using a phone. Finally (and I know this is absurd, but ir does work for other functions), if you are on the phone in portrait, try switching to landscape.

    Interesting that it shows a Vanilla forum members profile when you click into that one. Are all the new avatars like that or is it just that one ?!

    I did as you said , thanks , downloaded a new pic and changed it over from the gormless looking avatar .

    It's not my preferred pic but it looks more like me so will keep it .

    @Goldengirl Just an AI generated version of myself with more hair. I was trying to make photos acceptable for a passport application and came across the tool to create it (not used on passport ~ illegal). It has my likeness but not exactly me.

    On the announcement thread can't quote or post atm. It just goes back up to top of page and no comment box on it . (I wanted to reply about the flag button to @HeidiHeidi )

    Flag feature that we all asked the mods to ditch a few months back has popped up again , thanks Vanilla , I presume that nobody else was reinstating that ?

Check if you have any drafts accidentally saved (https://www.boards.ie/drafts) for those threads; if you do, delete them; if not, go back to the thread in question and refresh the page - sometimes that's enough to "unblock" the comments box. If you're on the phone, try the desktop mode, too.

    the pre-moderation button was toggled on, probably some glitch in a recent update. It has been turned off again now so the report button should be viewed as normal.

    I can’t see any of the posts with more than a few comments in the threads I moderate, if I log out, I can see them all fine, this has been like this for over a week or so now, is this a known issue and if so, is there a resolution?
