What point are you trying to make, it isn't very clear how this relates to war crimes and possible genocide?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,329 ✭✭✭Rocket_GD

A poster on here will tell you that they didn’t see it directly so who knows it could have been 30 Irish dancers led by Flatley that could have done this?

There’s no end to the lengths IDF defenders will go to continue to bury their heads in the sand and see no wrongdoing.

But of course, a Lt Colonel in the US Special Forces who witnessed war crimes with his own eyes is wrong while a Walter Mitty from Cork is correct. I notice you attack the person and not his story. Are you still asking about the overweight parents of starving children.

nope criminal damage, that is all it was ultimately.
treason is redundant, only the far right are obsessed with this redundant law that belongs in a children's story book.

I'm very highly educated. I know words, i have the best words, nobody has better words then me.

I really have to go to town on you again for this statement as it's so ridiculous.

    1. If you are a Green Beret you have passed the Special Forces Q course. You are not non-operational, you are a Green Beret and in the case of an officer, the leader of an A-team.
    2. You do not rise to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in any military and be untrustworthy, never mind a combat arms unit like the Special Forces.
    3. Lt Colonel Aguilar was in the US Army 75th Ranger Regiment, another unit not known for it's tolerence of untrustworthy leaders.
    4. You are a Walter Mitty spoofer who has spouted the Hasbara line and been caught. (the X account you quote is a lunatic who believes Sandy Hook was staged)
    5. Israel is committing countless war crimes and a genocide in Gaza.

Typical from you. I mentioned the severe mal nutrition he spoke about. You conveniently ignored that. What excuse will you come up with, just deny that's it happening I suppose. Also in relation to the shootings we have the testimony from a former GHF contractor. You will ignore that too ,or it'll be some such rubbish that's it's isolated incidents or he couldnt be sure who it was. Keep up it Political Analyst but no one takes your apologism for war crimes seriously bar your fellow Pro Israeli travellers.

Yeah he is likely everything they despise because he highlights their wrongdoing. You don't like that so naturally you would be desperate to discredit him in any case, which is why you trawled twitter to find a disgruntled ex collegaue of his who it turns out is an unhinged individual. Your mission is to discredit anyone or organisation who speaks out against the IDF because you are an apologist for Israeli war crimes. As i said previously no one bar your fellow Israeli apologists are buying it.

If that Twitter account is indicative of where you get your opinions from, it's no wonder that every time you hit the Post Comment button you litter the site with the most stupid, cretinous, nonsense imaginable.

You may need to broaden where you get your ideas from.

Because there are no problems already? Terrorist attacks, high crime and unemployment rates, grooming gangs, low respect for women and lgbt people. Maybe we should send them all back to the Middle East like some on here want to send all Israelis back to Europe even though over half fled Muslim countries because of persecution.

I question the humanity of anyone that even attempts to rationalize and/or condone what is happening in Gaza. I'm not one for often commenting on what happens in the ME but it's beyond sickening that the great powers of the world are letting and in the case of the US funding this.

We are well past the time for a western coalition to enter Gaza to distribute aid and call a halt to this. With or without Israeli or US permission.

I have discovered a channel on YT called Double Down News.

They have a few videos detailing what is really happening in Israel and Gaza since Oct 7th, and its truly shocking.

In years to come, we will look back on this terrible period in human history, and many leaders, countries, political parties, tv channels etc will find it very hard to explain how they supported Israel through what they are doing.

This is the glaring issue the rabid racists can't seem to understand, Israel's constant destabilising actions in the Middle East are a huge cause of the immigration to Europe. Instead of waving Israeli flags, Tommy Robinson and yourself should be pushing to reign them in.

Israel should be hemmed in and isolated from the international community like North Korea, better to keep the genocidal lunatics over there than them coming back to Europe.

If the Israeli football teams, athletes and eurovision singers haven't been excluded from competitons by now, then they never will be.

    A pariah state.

Most ‘refugees’ are economic migrants, even our government are admitting this now, where a year ago it was a ‘far right’ position.
Israel didn’t cause the Syrian civil war or form ISIS. Those problems were there already.
Zionism was a far right dog whistle two years ago.
also the entire Middle East is far more racist than Ireland. The West is an outlier in that. The rest of the world is far more racist than the ‘West’.

Palestine is not a member state of the UN - correct.
But that's not what you originally posted.

You confused Palestine being "recognised" (which any other State can do at any time - e.g. France) with Palestine becoming a member of the UN.

France, or any other State, can recognise Palestine without recourse to the UN at all.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2025/07/26/world/middleeast/hamas-un-aid-theft.html

So the Israeli Military say Hamas doesn't routinely steal aid. But I suppose we knew the Israelis were most likely lying about this anyway...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 4,069 ✭✭✭dmcdona

Anyone remember the multitude of posts quoting the Israeli Govt. who said they have concrete evidence that Hamas was stealing aid?

    I do.

There have been others posts about this in the last few days, but I think there's a bit more detail below.

Hardcore Israeli supporters will wave this away. But for those "marginal" supporters, just remember that everything the Israeli Govt. states to justify its atrocities in Gaza always always turns out to be a massive porky.

Do not swallow the Hasbara - it is poison and lies. And that's not hyperbole - the Israeli Govt. has lied to everyone, including its own citizens, for 659 days.

    Haaretz:
Senior IDF officials told The New York Times they never found proof that Hamas systematically stole humanitarian aid from the United Nations in Gaza – contradicting claims by the Netanyahu government that formed the basis for blocking aid deliveries for months.

According to two senior IDF officers and two other Israelis involved in the matter, the UN's aid distribution system, which Israel had criticized and sought to replace, was "largely effective in providing food to Gaza's desperate and hungry population."

The IDF told the Times it has "well-documented" instances of Hamas exploiting humanitarian aid to fund terrorism, but did not dispute the assessment that there was no evidence of routine theft from the UN.

Disputing Dr Maynard's allegations is not like denying what colour the sky is. So your "sky is blue" hypothesis is a non sequitur.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,093 ✭✭✭✭Strazdas

Noticeable that Israeli lies have completely been exposed in the last few days. Very striking too that western media outlets are no longer even mentioning Israeli denials when reporting on the war crimes.

Not all cases of emaciation are caused by starvation.

Maybe those cases of child emaciation in Gaza are caused by genetic disorders - cousin marriage is very common in territories that have populations that are mostly both Arab and Muslim.

    Mod - warned for trolling

Seems the GHF took a step to try and recover whatever credibility they thought they could. In fairness, it was a good idea - offer aid distribution only to women for one day.

Given many of those women have lost husbands and sons and do not have the strength to walk the long distances or leave young children behind as they wait hours for aid, it is a touching gesture.

Oh, wait, the murders continued and many were women were teargassed.

IDF and GHF are an utter disgrace to humanity. Monsters.

Jeremy Bowen explaining why air-dropped aid is not going to help:

I can only imagine the chaos that dropping aid on a starving population is going to cause. Many people will be killed in fighting and a crush around these pallets.

All while enough food aid to feed the population for months just sits the other side of the fence.

    It's disgusting.
