I always find a shot of Jager with a can starts the day off well

I'd imagine that's all it is. Just a name for the showers area with some more vendors in there.

Pitt they don't have showers elsewhere in general camping. Long walk for anyone over in This Must Be the Place, One for the Road etc.

Hi all, was going to buy this airbed today from Jysk. It says it has a built in electric pump. But id need to plug it in to inflate? So wouldn't be suited for camping?

Is there any solution to this? Would an electric pump work on this product?

Does anyone know a similar thicker airbed like this that you can manually pump up?

Couple of things from decathlon that I'd would recommend.

First is the double self inflating mattress. Comfy and has great insulation, no need to worry about pumps or it deflating over night

Waterproof hiking shoes, if boots are too cumbersome...these are actually really comfy, good grip and good for sloshing thru crap

    1000033876.jpg

USB rechargeable light...good light and battery lasts ages but these have a wind uo dynamo on them too if they do run out

Looking for two tickets and have been trying to sign up to Pyngo. Looks like its invite only though, any chance you'd be able to send on an invite please?

The wife is calling off bringing out 8 year old. Reckons we won't enjoy it as much, especially the Friday night which is a big one for us.

So out to general camping with us 😭

great recommendations but just calling out that if getting delivered it won’t arrive on time as decathlon ships from France I think? It takes at least a week when I order anyway!

Long shot I know but if anyone is looking to sell their pre-pitched tent or Glamping I’d be happy to take them..

    From the PodPads website.

Join us at All Together Now on the August Bank Holiday Weekend and experience a touch of luxury in our boutique campsite. The Old Wood & Strawberry Hill fields are are both within a dedicated area for boutique accommodation, with its own entrance, car park, and services

Please note; the layout of the site has changed for 2025, with Basic and Classic bell tents located in the Old Wood field and Luxury bell tents, Luxpads and Octopads in the Strawberry Hill field. Both fields are within the Boutique Camping area. Campsites map.

In the Podpads village you will find:

    Toilets and showers

Pamper parlour with hairdryers and straighteners

    Reception and chill out area

    Free phone charging facilities

    Security and wristbanded access

All guests staying with Podpads need to have bought Weekend General Camping tickets. This event is strictly Over 21s. Children 12 or under can attend free of charge, accompanied by a paying adult. There is a maximum limit of 2 children aged 12 and under per adult. Note - There will be no access to the designated Family campsite.

Check in is from 4pm on Thursday 31st July. Check out for all guests will be 10am on Monday morning.

ATN Festival Boutique Camping Access Pass required at 10 euros per person

No mention of Tea/Coffee and hot water but I assume surely, this is provided? Looking for a few hundred mls of hot water for the aeropress each morning. Otherwise I'll bring a kettle and fill the thermos back at the car.

Wonder would Podpads provide an electricity source to inflate an air bed with built in motor

They would have plenty of sockets surely and allow us to use them?

I might email them and ask

You can just bring the bed and pump to the phone charging facilities and pump it up there, Unless they have an rule against that for some reason

there’s a separate car park for boutique and if you’re getting dropped by bus it would probably be easier to walk around the ATN site is quite hilly @Gus Ivey

Wonder what "vip's" have access to compared to us regular general admission / glamping plebs

God, yes - walk around the outside! We arrived on the Saturday in 2023 and the Boutique car park was closed. We were parked nearer the main entrance so went in through there and nearly died dragging all our stuff up and down the hills through the site to Boutique, especially that last one up beside Lovely Days. In fairness, the site was really muddy (after that Friday night storm) which didn’t help, but I’ll never forget it. Got many heart rate warnings from my watch!

I think that's just the name they use for the general area that podpads are in, and that's the whole Boutique area this year. Usually tea/coffee, charging etc are in tents by their reception, and the 'pamper' tent is by the showers. I wonder what the set up will be this year though with the two separate campsites - they'll hardly have two reception tents etc. Selfishly, hoping it's all in Old Woods :)

Boutique usually includes access to the 'VIP' bar by the main stage, which isn't anything special but does have seating and proper toilets with running water. Not sure if that'll be the case this year though.

apologies if been asked before…I’m planning to come and go each morning and night of the festival. Is that ok or is there anything I should know?

Just really can’t deal with camping.

you’ll probably be stopped by Garda at least once over the weekend and security will make sure your wristband is tight.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 726 ✭✭✭Gus Ivey

I emailed Podpads, they said they will provide electricity at reception to pump up my airbed. Happy days

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 385 ✭✭CoffeeImpala

    That's good news for you.

The equivalent product in Decathlon is this one, where the the pump has its own battery and can be charged from a car.

This might be just a boards issue with the decathlon site. My link didn't hyperlink initially but once I changed it to text only rather than the default hyperlink option it was fine.

What's a good time to arrive on Friday to get a decent spot and also be sorted and setup to get some of the daytime early buzz?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,548 ✭✭✭Fanirish

won’t be getting a decent spot on Friday. Expect all the good locations to be taken on Thursday
