Hi I just had absolutely terrible experience with starcamp in Carrigaline. The leaders are inexperienced young girls with little to no experience with kids or their needs. My son got injured at camp 2 cuts so close to his eye and his eye was swollen. His team leader never mentioned how this happened and when I questioned it she said oh he was fine I gave him a ice pack he's 6 . Management weren't any better when calling to ask about his eyes 2 days after the incident . Wasn't our first time at this camp but will definitely be our last . Also when you try to leave a Review there is nowhere to leave one I wonder why

Just terrible experience experience as well but in a different town. Leaders don't know anything about children and their needs, that's absolutely correct. Unfortunately. Beside that, the organization was very, very poor. Leaders also don't know how to communicate with parents and they really don't have nice manners.

It looked like they needed twice more staff members than they had.
