Issue with ITV1

    I was flicking through the channels earlier and when viewing ITV1 for maybe 10 or 15 seconds the screen goes black with this message appearing…."To view this service please connect your device to the internet".

    The programme was the France - Germany women's football match which had just gone to penalties. I tried viewing it about 5 or 6 times during the penalty shootout but just got the above message. After the game was over I had no issues in viewing the channel. Its also happened a couple of other times in the last week but changing channels seemed to have fixed it at the time. Any ideas what that is all about?

    Im in Donegal and signal is received from the Strabane transmitter.
