    Rick Wilson has an interesting theory about MAGA's obsession (10 years and counting) with Epstein. Being down on Epstein is a 'moral bandage' for MAGAts. They can be Trumplodyte bootlicking racists, but in order to make that o.k. for themselves - because even in their hearts of hearts they have some doubts - being vocally anti-Epstein/save children from the Pedophile plague makes them feel better about themselves, gives them a comfortable place to retreat to when their other MAGA delusions about themselves are shattered - yes, Trump lost, yes, Trump was convicted, yes, Trump is separating parents from childrens, v2.0 by sending the parents or children to countries they know nothing about, but "The Epstein files! I stand against Epstein and want to see the files!"

    Now, their cult leader has blown all that up for them. Now what, what moral compass will they anchor themselves to?

    The question that image creates is who ordered the printing of the binder contents that Bondi is so proudly displaying? If its Trump, then it's possible he didn't read it first and find out what's in it before handing it to her - no need sez you as he's a known close associate of Epstein. Surely she gave the contents at least a quick scrutiny to be sure of her ground?

    If he did read it and concluded it was an invention of Biden, Obama and Clinton, why did he let her brag that all would be revealed, then decide it would be best to pull the shutters down on what he now claims is a fake?

    He has been busy getting SCOTUS to agree with his sacking thousands of different Dept employees. Now that SCOTUS has signed off on it, he can start on stage 2 of that by going after those who seem to be in more secure protected federal jobs, people who would have seemed untouchable until now. The Fed chairman is now coming within reach of Trump and his new power to sack anyone he does not like.

    Trump has been rabbiting on about national defence for some time now and using those two words in relation to the tariffs he's talking about imposing on the U.S trading partners. I believe he will soon enough start to use those two words as justification for dispensing with the federal services of anyone who angers him. The necessities of national defence has not stopped him from sacking thousands of U.S military personnel reasonably vital to that same cause.

    I got a quick look at one of Trump's TV appearances in which he seemed to have asked Zelenskyy if he would attack Moscow with missiles after he had agreed to giving Ukraine the Patriot Air Defence Missile batteries. It sounded a strange question to pose to Zelenskyy as if Trump wanted Zelenskyy to be seen as on a par with Putin where it came the attacks on Kyiv & other Ukrainian cities, and giving Trump the ability to accuse Zelenskyy of the same war acts and give him a reason (halting the killing of civilians) to halt arms supplies again to Ukraine.

    It would be amusing, if it were not a serious matter for the U.S, to hear Trump say he was surprised that Jerome Powell was appointed chair of the Fed. It was Trump himself in Nov 2017, during his first term as president, who appointed Powell as chair of the Fed.

    The merits of the case itself have yet to be determined, and we’ll see if it ever will be given that the troops are about to be released, and will presumably render the whole thing moot.

(And even if it didn’t, the TRO would have been overkill). And everyone agreed that it was not a violation of posse comitatus to use the troops to protect federal property and personnel.

    The court observes in the second to last page an important distinction too many people forget: That whether or not something is a good idea has no relevance to whether or not it is legal.

    She was a lead prosecutor in the Ghislaine Maxwell trial and the Jeffrey Epstein case before he died.

    is the whole thing a bit of a contradiction ie Israel trying to ‘protect’ people from being ‘obliterated’ while at the same time it is doing its best to try and ‘obliterate another very established group of people ie the Palestinians. Not only is Israel trying to reduce them in numbers through indiscriminate killings and maiming others - driving more to possible suicide but mass moving them all over the place multiple times so as to drive the group raged.
