As a lawyer he knows Genocide is illegal. He knows settlements by one nation on the territory of another is illegal. He knows that Palestinians and even Arab Jews are not treated like Ashkenazi Jews hence the apartheid nature of the state. Apartheid is illegal. He has intellectual capacity to know all this and still backs Israel to the hilt. It irks me to think my taxes are helping to fund his ministerial pension when he doesn't condemn genocide. I'm amazed anyone can even deny that Israel is a colonial-settler-apartheid project. If you were to list 30 traits of a typical apartheid state, Israel would tick every single box.

Prominent Israeli commentators like Ilan Pappe, Miko Peled and Gideon Levy have all said that Israel needs to cease to exist which is something I believe in also. Do I wish for Israel's annihilation. I think that a military annihilation might be required to stop the genocide. The country needs to be pummelled until it's society can no longer function. We are dealing with a maniacal genocide regime.

I presume you oppose the genocide. I presume you don't like to hear of a hundred defenceless Palestinians being slaughtered day after day. Israel has sought since it's inception to rid the land of Palestinians either through displacement or simple murder.

It took the dropping of an atomic bomb to get Japan to surrender. I fear that Israel will need to be hammered militarily to stop the genocide in Gaza. Iran was well on the way to dismantling Israel military capability when a ceasefire was announced. They clearly weakened Israel as we can see from the upsurge in Gaza in the death of IDF soldiers.

It's offensive that it exists on land stolen from the Palestinian people. You could argue as Israel exists it has the right to self defence. Genocide can never be seen as self defence. Any state committing genocide puts it's very existence in peril and rightfully so. If it had taken targeted action against Hamas not many would have had a problem with that. They can do it they showed that in Iran on the first night of the war.
