Funnily enough, I was going to ask if the strap is not silicone as that ruins my skin. The pictures look like a fabric strap which would be ideal - has anybody received an order yet and can they confirm the strap type?

Gosh that seems like great value OP, I've just ordered one. I currently have the smart band 9 which hilariously cost more than this does now.

None that I can see. It's €205 on Amazon.ie €199 in Decathlon.

There is a newer AmazFit Balance - the Balance 2 so it's likely that they're depleting stocks of the original one.

For €30 it's worth a punt.

Edit: Possibly the biggest 'catch' is that software/security updates won't continue for too long but it'll still work.

You can get straps on temu for very cheap, I think they're 22mm.

It is a bit strange that it's not available in the UK since it's been ordered from Amazon UK. Maybe there is some batch of them they can't sell to the UK market for some reason and they are sending them here.

I guess someone wants to monitor our heart rates here and cares deeply about our health.

Or they are going to steal all our data and/or make the devices explode remotely ... but it's still worth it for 30 quid. Maybe it's the final bargain alert. 😁

Dang it, I ordered both colours thinking I can pick one and shift the other later on adverts etc thinking this is a short term price glitch. Now that the "deal" is still there, everyone would have ordered their own, and I probably will end up giving the second one to the dog! :(
