Hi, am considering returning an item (costs more than 200 euro) I bought from a UK based store and am just wondering if anyone knows the process of getting any customs I paid back?

The cost that I paid to the UK store was excluding VAT, which I paid to DHL (along with import duty I think) who obviously filed paperwork for customs clearance and paid on my behalf.

    My questions are the following:

    • What do I need to export this back to the UK shop and do I need to pay further customs/taxes on export?

How do I get a refund on a all customs/taxes I paid on import?

    Thanks
