If anyone has resolved this, can they post what they did?

It seems a number of people are getting this message on both web browsers and apps.

I have tried following Ticketmaster's instructions, with no success.

I've tried different browsers, incognito modes, uninstalled/reinstalled apps, WiFi/5G networks…all without success.

I tried using their contact form online, and when I submit it the page seems to refresh back to the same form - with no confirmation of submission.

A friend has a gid on Thursday, and I have one on Sunday, so time is running out!

Same problem, no idea why it started as I only used the app, no vpn no nothing on my phone. Honestly, with disappearing tickets and all the rest I'd be inclined to just give up on gigs requiring them, going abroad for concerts is far more rewarding generally anyway

That didn't work for me, like the original poster I've tried many ways but no joy, even when I haven't been on TktMstr for weeks I get that Unusual Behaviour block if I try to buy tickets online. Recently trying to get David Byrne tickets (online not app, cache wiped, incognito, etc.) I got that block for Dublin tickets, ended up on the Dutch Tktmstr site which had no problem with my account.

Is Brave browser being used ?

Try another browser like Google Chrome.

Same problem and I don't use VPNs or anything like that. I tried on my phone and computer which have the same normal browser that they had all the times I used Ticketmaster before this.

    Mine just eventually fixed itself.

OK, got it working on Android. Went to Settings > Apps > Tickemaster > Clear data <Clear cache

Restarted the app and had to sign in, and it worked.

I'll leave using a browser based website until after the gig!

Happening to me regularly on the phone app and using a laptop, i am not hammering Ticketmaster with heavy activity .

I do notice this error pops up for one event, i exit out , pick another event and no blocking on my account.

i just leave it a while and eventually resolves itself.

Same for me with David Byrne in Dublin, just didn't bother then - might go to see him in Berlin as I can work a trip into my schedule but TM in Ireland is painful

Trying several times to navigate through dynamic ticket pricing is picked up as unusual behaviour

I was getting this message too. I deleted the app and all is grand now buying tickets through Chrome browser on my phone. I redownload the app anytime I want to use tickets and delete it again till the next gig.

The app is useless for so many reasons and had little additional functionality over just using the website. Recommend deleting it and just using the site.

I deleted the app and use the web browser and its 100 times better.

You can get your tickets on the browser and save through Google pay etc. So the app is pointless

+presales actually work on the website and don't work on the app.
