There was a thread on here years ago, I dont think it was this sub but it was something about how men and women express themselves. I cant remember if it was intended as musically but that topic came up.

I remember saying that men tend to be more reserved in general so when you hear emotional expressions through music it can have more impact and if you look into art like music and stuff, they do show a lot of their emotions through that and I remember...perhaps it was my view ? or another poster's view? but it was the general idea or conclusion that men were more articulate through music and women were not as good at this.....…however my later experiences and music tastes have evolved and broadened and I feel that women are just as articulate in those ways etc.

Obviously we are past those attitudes and times but anyway the premise of the thread is.....to post a song by one gender and then match it by another gender in equivalence...which is subjective I know but music fans will know lol

Its not intended to be controversial or look too much into it....just a bit of fun and I dont mean particularly emotional just distinct. And it doesnt matter who produced, collaborated etc.

Ill start with an amazing song sung by one woman to another....
