Impressive collection of the most random knick-knacks aside (which is fair enough; some people just like collecting stuff like that), it's the outright terrible choices in wall and floor coverings that really take the cake. That bookshelf wallpaper is especially hideous, but pretty much all of them are fairly ugly and far too busy, and in almost every room they aren't so much clashing with the flooring and furnishing as they are engaged in an all-out nuclear war. If the decor was more subdued, then at least some of the knick-knacks and furnishings might be interesting, but instead they just get lost in the ridiculous clash of floral wallpaper, tile-pattern linoleum, and the knottiest wood paneling I've ever laid eyes on (seriously, did they go to the builder and say "I want every door, roof, cabinet, and frame in the place to look like it's dying of the bubonic plague"?).

With a bit of toning down of the decor - mostly that horrible ceiling veil affair - I could really like that. At 4million it doesn't really matter whether I like it or not 😁

I doubt they asked for that. It was luck of the draw.

I really like that apart from that cloth hanging from the roof but that is easily removed. I love the dirt track road too in your land and also the rest of the garden and land you will own but I'm no millionaire so unfortunately for me I will never own it.

Ummm... Just to clarify, that Halloween looking 'cloth' is apparently a 'Hand-painted voile ceiling artwork in main living area, created by Patty Hudak'! Who?!

According to the blurb it has 'outstanding potential' and you can 'reimagine and tailor the space to suit a wide range of styles and lifestyles'. 'With its … potential for enhancement, this is a rare chance to create a truly remarkable home'

Look lads, this place is a lovely house but its a disaster inside, you will have to strip it, fix up the dodgy bits (light switch hanging off the wall on pic 6) and completely redecorate.

No doubt it probably cost a lot. It's absolutely hideous though.

The house has potential but the price tag seems to high to me.

I spent ages zooming in on the earlier exterior pics looking for the Halloween cloth on the roof 😜

I was LOLing when I gave up and got to the interior pics. That’s not subtle. And deffo not to my taste.

Oh wow! What a beautiful home. Apart from some of decor inside.

I'd say the Euromillion's winner in Cork will be looking at something like this.

    Not me unfortunately. :-(

I paused on photo 3 and thought someone having a joke with that scrawl…
