AgFood, can't open correspondence

Have been having issues with agfood for past 6 months. Can't get to site with any browser other than Vivaldi, and when I do get site to load it times out.

Anyone else get a dairy beef weighing correspondence text but the agfood won't let you into the dairy beef weighing page?

Press and hold on the view button. A pop up will appear. Select download link and then open the link to view the correspondence

So if you go into 'my correspondence '

Select whichever correspondence you want to open.

Press and hold on 'open'

That's when the pop up appears saying download link

Thanks but I got that far but all I have is something from early May. Can find nothing in relation to the calf weighing scheme.

My issue is I tried to go into the dairy beef weighing scheme page but am locked out of it. I've emailed dept to see
