Loop signal lost parkside robot mower

    Hi, can anyone help with the parkside robot mower loop signal lost. The mower went back to base to charge so all must have been OK, but I couldn't get it to go again. Then it said loop signal lost. Have tried cutting back the wires and reconnecting and making sure all wires are straight. Can anyone help?
