I think Michael Tynan of Newlands Cross stocks a few of these E-Trons also

Some outfit called “Fallon & Hughes” have at least 6 of them. They must be picking these up dirt cheap in the UK at the moment.

27 of them in Bill Griffin. They arent selling them cheap to move quickly though in my opinion.

Only about 5 of them are the 55 model. Lovely cars, not keen on the tarted up body kits and wheels as they make them very boy racer-ish which doesnt suit a large SUV. Must have to market them that way to have any chance of moving them to a new owner.

Once someone knows they are buying the equivalent of a city car with regards range and not a long road trip cruiser they get a nice machine for small enough money relatively speaking.

With less than 90k miles they can be bought for around £13k in the UK auctions. Minus 20% VAT refund.

Nice margin on flipping a few of them then. They’ll soon be €20K cars here if there is a plentiful supply.

Yes a lot from the uk. F&H are based in Tallaght and they specialise normally in black cars 😂

Sounds weird but if you ever go into their showroom, it’s a black building and every car in the window is black!

Hi all. My Wife and I traded our Diesel A4 for a 2021 E-tron 55 Technik a few weeks ago. so far so good, very happy with it.

I have a question, I haven't synced the Audi app to the car, as I don't have the code. What am I missing out on, and is it difficult to get a replacement code?
As its a basic model, im wondering are there some features I can "unlock" if I pay for it via the app, features like adaptive cruise control, and dynamic indicators?

    TIA

We bought our E-Tron off them, can't fault them to be honest. We also bought an A4 off them a few years ago.

main dealer for the code and itll take a while if a uk car, once you have the app you can see what upgrades you can unlock,

    safe motoring!

Once you get the logbook call Audi connect 1800931002. You will need the logbook and your passport and they will set you up as the main user.

A work colleague bought one from Windsor Motor Mall just over 1yr ago. I rang Audi South Dublin, gave them the reg and his details and it was done over the phone, in minutes. No log book required. I suppose it's very much a case of who you get on the phone.

I want to give a shout out to Cyrus, Buddy and anyone else that answered my questions in relation to looking at an Etron purchase. I collected my 2022 Etron 55 Sline Black Edition Friday and absolutely love it so far. Just getting use to the large array of controls but it's enjoyable and already feel comfortable driving it. I love the space and power of this car it's incredibly. I also used Fokearn for my Ohme wall charger and they were great to deal with. I will be travelling to Cork in a couple of days and look forward to the spin. I will look to stop at a fast charger on the way down... Cashel or Fermoy and should probably put it in Efficiency mode vs Dynamic :-) I got the Esb ecars card and app ready to go... thanks again all

Fantastic enjoy and please post some pics

Good luck with it and enjoy the long spin. Make sure your battery is warm from a long drive and your charge is low when plugging in and you'll charge quickly.

As for efficiency v dynamic, I don't think it will make much difference if any, dynamic gives you the ability to accelerate quickly where efficiency doesn't, on a constant speed drive will be all the one. It's not like driving in a different gear or anything.

And yeah get some pics up

Best of luck with it, they’re a beast of a car. Drive mode choice will make little difference. Cabin heating/cooling or motorway speed is what will really eats into the range estimate on the GOM display. If you can preheat or pre-cool the cabin whilst plugged in at home and dial down the speed on the motorway, it’ll help a lot more. Ionity is also more likely to give a faster charge rate than ESB eCars but it’s not cheap.

Thanks for the tips guys. I didn't think I would have to heat the battery as the weather is mild at the moment but if it helps for the long spin. Here's a quick pic will post a couple more when I get to take a few. Thanks

It will be warm after an hour or so of driving, just saying don't be plugging in early on your trip.

    Car looks great

It was retailing mid 40's same as most Sline black edition 55's. I looked at a few options but the cost to change was better than any other garage. I also bought my last car which was an A6 there and had it for 5 years trouble free. Great sales and service Team would highly recommend Michael Tynan Cars to anybody. The Android auto is great and I love the black front grill. The car showed 370 range when I collected it. Hoping to reach Fermoy from Dublin it's about 240km but can stop at Cashel if I need an early stop. I tested a 50kw charger today and it worked perfectly. Thanks all

That's my favourite colour for the etron and the wheel look class on it too. It's a fairly rare colour I've only see one like it.

I made the Dublin to Cork trip yesterday. I travelled from North Dublin (95% battery showing 360km range) with early range anxiety in the back of my mind doing 100km speed on M1/M50/N7 and set her to cruise control in Comfort mode around the 110-120 mark on M7/M8. I went easy on the accelerator and used AC in places. I was sure I would have to stop for a charge but I would have made it to Cork City with around 50km in the tank. I arrived at Amber Station in Fermoy with 100km range left and it was around 50km to the City. I had a quick pitstop at a fast charger adding 20kwh and 85km range in 10 mins costing 11 euro. The drive was so smooth in this beast listening to Spotify and using Android auto for Google maps. Absolutely delighted with it so far and was surprised I could make Cork without extra range but I did take it easy. Amazing machine 👌
