Just wondering how you avoid a thermal bridge with reduced insulation on reveals

The LT could be 300 or 400 deep so could window be hung on the LT plywood lined ope

I would definitely separate the "Plywood boxes" somewhere at a truss and fill it in with impregnated PE foam tape. I would then reduce the size of the windows to allow for the same size impregnated PE foam tape installed on the perimeter of the window. I think this will likely reduce it, but you will need a condensation risk analysis calculation done to see if there is a chance of condensation / mold.
