HKC GSM line fault

    hi All, I have 2 sites with HKC 10270 alarm. Both sites have gone offline within a few hours of each other today due to a gsm line fault. Is there currently a known service interruption with SecureComm?

    Thank god, mine has gone in the last 15-20 mins too. Must be an outage

    Inputting the alarm code - and quit - did it on mine.

    Same issue here since around 7 tonight.

    Had to input the code again there in the last few minutes when it started beeping

    Anyone know how to sort this so it doesn't go off?

    I can set the alarm from the box only. I am still getting an error message when trying to use the app.

    Had the same issues earlier , then had a burst of msgs and all resolved around 21:56 or shortly after.

    Many of their SIM cards route through Telefonica servers in Spain and due to the power outages there yesterday a lot of them dropped off. Most should be back by now

    I was guessing it might be power in Europe related, mine went off 3 times during the night.. annoying that those alerts can’t be disabled, or can they?

    Started at 03.53 this morning. Thankfully I'd read this thread yesterday and was able to stop the beeping. Log says it was fixed at 04.32.
