    What's your requirement volume and required storage containers? 1000 litre IBCs? Or 5 litre drums.

    If a hundred litres or so you'll probably just be buying 5 litre containers from Lennox, Canore or similar. Mostly 70% v/v.

    There were a few companies with otherwise unused liquid bulk mixing tanks that changed to supply government with the stuff in 2020. The big distilleries were providing the ethanol.
