Best dash cam?

Hi all, I feel like all I do recently is ask questions but here is another one. Can anyone recommend a good reliable, decently priced dash cam? I recently had my wing mirror broken by an idiot drive who then drove on. Before anyone suggests that perhaps I was in the wrong lol I saw him/her coming like a maniac on a narrow country road so I slowed way down and pulled in and the still flew past me and sent pieces flying out of my mirror. Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks!

Anyone purchased a Dash Cam from Temu recently and can give their opinion of same!

I have been looking at some models and am interested in buying one. My issue is that they all seem to be powered by car plug only, where as I would prefer to hardwire it.

Any advice or information will be appreciated.

I actually haven't bought one yet but I've just watched my other half wire one into his car. It's next base and seems to be pretty good but I'd be with you on preferring to wire it in
