anyone else having issues with BOI app?

    just trying to complete a transaction online but repeatedly getting "The service is temporarily not available. Please try again or choose an alternate payment method."

    Anyone else having problems ?

    No problem today at 1.00pm but just checking balances.OK ,now at 4.47pm

    sorry, should have mentioned I can access the app on the phone OK and login online on my PC OK, I just can't complete a transaction using my debit card.

    Tried it with the wife's BOI/Mastercard credit card - initially the notification to confirm using the BOI app came up (didn't come up for my card) but after a minute, it disappeared and the 'service not available' message appeared. She didn't get any 'swipe to approve' notification.

    Retailer is one I've used before a number of times, ended up doing a bank transfer. Hopefully it works out, it's for a pair of trail running shoes that aren't made anymore and this crew had one pair left in my size
