You'd be wondering is the trade war that Trump implemented, a kremlin plan to make the kremlin seem like reliable partners for business. Putin wants russia back in the trading world and what better way than have Trump make a trading war with China and Europe and have trump sell doing business with russia as a way out of this self inflicted mire. Trump voters are halfway in thinking about russia being something to follow anyway. Trump showed his hand when they didn't put tariffs on Russia like they did China and Europe and the rest of the world.

Krasnov is making the US into Belarus.

Once you realise Trump is working for Putin everything he does makes sense.Weaken and destabilize NATO. Split Ukraine up and allow Russia to hold what land they've taken with the promise that they can go back for the rest of Ukraine. Split Ukraines minerals with Russia.Create havoc in world markets. Setup a dictatorship in America similar to Russia where media free speech is clamped down on and people can be disappeared off the streets.

20 times the size? Population less that 4 times the size of Ukraine!

Anyway Ukraine will continue to get US equipment from the EU by the back door.

I’ve flown into Palanga Airport in Lithuania probably 25 times over the last 3-4 years, but yesterdays arrival was a little different in that I see for the first time multiple caches of dragons teeth placed around the airport within the perimeter.

As has been stated on multiple fronts over the last number of months, the Baltic States aren’t fcuking around waiting on someone else to fortify their borders with Russia/Belarus.

I presume these at the airport would be to force close the runway at will should the need arise!!

Amid continued failures to achieve its strategic objectives on the battlefield, russian forces have increasingly resorted to the use of chemical agents against Ukrainian troops. Reports from the Zaporizhzhia region, particularly near the village of Shcherbaky, point to a growing number of incidents involving munitions containing poisonous substances, according to the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine.

Particularly, russian forces have been deploying the RG-Vo grenades, an abbreviation of the russian term for hand grenade – poisonous substance. These munitions are reportedly dropped from drones onto the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The chemical agents used in these attacks target the respiratory system and mucous membranes. Prolonged exposure without adequate protective equipment can be fatal. Ukrainian officials have confirmed that the use of these weapons has already resulted in casualties among Ukrainian service members.

I was told they issued the wrong grenades, all's good.

"Units of the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, attacked a number of facilities in the Kursk region associated with war criminals involved in the missile attack on the city of Sumy on April 13, 2025 and in other war crimes against the people of Ukraine."

Details: In particular, the permanent deployment point of the 448th missile brigade of the Russian occupiers was hit, and a secondary detonation of ammunition was recorded. The results of the strike are being clarified.

Hope there was a lot of destruction, though I doubt they will manage 35 dead and 117 injured.

    Fight fire with fire

A lot of quaint notions around Europe are being disposed of such as anti mine treaties by anymore bordering Russia

If they want to act like uncivilised animals repay in kind

Even the Nazis 1.0 we’re afraid to use chemical weapons as they were afraid they will be hit back with same, and the allies just like Ukrainians had the capability to strike back at any city via air

This was mentioned on the Ukraine Daily Telegraph podcast the other day for anyone that listens to it, apparently the scum are using chloropicrin gas (tear gas) which, although doesn't necessarily cause burns or injuries, is a severe irritant to the eyes and respiratory system. This then has the effect of flushing Ukrainian troops out of bunkers/trenches etc where they are much more vulnerable to attack.

They did mention that the British supplied 30k gas masks (hopefully more from them and/or other states) so fingers crossed Ukr troops are better equipped to deal with it.

Some aides to US President Donald Trump are unhappy with Europe's efforts to strengthen Ukraine.

Source: The Economist, citing diplomats, as reported by European Pravda.

Details: The Economist lists a number of steps taken by the Trump administration that confirm the US withdrawal of support for Ukraine - from withdrawing the military from the key base in Rzeszow and reducing its presence in the Ukraine Defence Contact Group (also known as the Ramstein Format) to imposing a basic 10% tariff on Ukraine (while nothing of the kind has been imposed on Russia).

In another sign of the times, The Economist notes that Pentagon officials recently questioned an ally about why it continues to supply weapons to Ukraine.

Diplomats in Washington also report that some Trump aides privately say they are "fed up" with Europe's efforts to strengthen Ukraine.

Some aids - sounds like that piece of shit Witkoff. Here is the dirt-bag seconds before meeting Putrid:

    image_2025-04-17_015450396.png

On the same day the two Orc ballistic missiles killed 35 and wounded 117 in Sumy.

I hope the former ally told the Pentagon officials to go fuc* themselves. Was that Secretary of hair gel, hogs-breath, by any chance?

Trumpistan - Ukraine is Europes problem, Europe should defend itself

Europe - OK starts to help even more and reboots its domestic industries

Trumpistan - Declares economic war on their best allies including Europe, shows disrespect, threathens annexation

Europe etc - Ok old man

Trumpistan - Whaaa why you helping Ukraine and not buying our crap defence equipment that can be disabled and turned into expensive bricks when you most need it?

Europe - rolls eyes, points at Ukraine trying to purchase equipment from US

Some good news. Small bit of progress. If they can just keep picking away at the Russians while stalling or preventing that upcoming Russian offensive.

Has Trump stopped all aid or is he in the process of stopping aid to Ukraine? Hard to know with all of the noise.

    about to seemingly

Vladimir Putin is stalling the Trump administration’s ineffective pursuit of a ceasefire as he waits for Biden-era military aid deliveries to run dry.

Germany just delivered 30 PAC3 missiles for Ukraine's Patriot systems.

Russia will consider any strike with German Taurus missiles against Russian targets as a "direct participation" of Germany in the conflict in Ukraine, the spokeswoman for Moscow's diplomacy indicated, in the context in which Berlin signals that it could supply this weapon to Kyiv, Agerpres and AFP report.

"A strike with these missiles against Russian facilities (...) will be considered as a direct participation of Germany in hostilities alongside the Kyiv regime, with all the consequences that this entails," Maria Zakharova warned, quoted by Russian news agencies.

According to the spokeswoman, "the actual launch of these cruise missiles is impossible without the direct assistance of the military of the Bundeswehr," the German army.

The Kremlin already denounced on Monday a risk of "escalation" if Germany supplies Taurus missiles to Ukraine, after future Chancellor Friedrich Merz said he was open to this gesture in the event of an agreement with the Europeans, which his predecessor Olaf Scholz permanently refused.

Russia had already warned the West when they supplied Kyiv with American ATACMS and British Storm Shadow missiles.

Someones terrified. We can't defeat Ukraine so we'll trigger article 5 and drag NATO and it's vastly superior airpower into the war, because that's a real winning strategy.

Huge mechanised attacks have been going on again from the Russians. Thankfully all ending in disaster so far. Russia applying pressure as they know the Biden aid is drying up. The ground will dry up in the next month. Hopefully Ukraine can keep the hoard stalled.

Suggestions online it's all part of a new massive Russian offensive, but so far it's been an absolute disaster

Every year the armour they accumulate gets worse. Yesterday one such attack involved a few armoured vehicles and 150 motorbikes. We'll see what the summer brings but at this rate Ukraine will be happy to spend another year on the defensive.
