Minor hurlers are doing okay up in Clare, ht Clare 2-08 v 1-10

Craig O'Sullivan looks a great prospect. I think thats around 11 points for him as I type this.

Callum Coffey with a hat trick as well. This team looks very impressive

Poor showing in the ladies football, Galway winning 2-8 to 1-5 after we were 3 up at HT. Scored only 2 points in the 2nd half

  • Moderators, Category Moderators, Recreation & Hobbies Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 34,937 CMod ✭✭✭✭ShamoBuc

Galway were the better team but that was a very poor second half by Cork.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,741 ✭✭✭The White Feather

A blatant point for Cork not given in the Camogie final.

Cork up by 3 after 25 mins

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,741 ✭✭✭The White Feather

Cork winning at half time in the Camogie Final

    Cork 0-9 Galway 0-4

Well on top and probably should be further in front. A blatant point missed by umpire as well

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,741 ✭✭✭The White Feather

Comfortable win for Cork! 17th league title ! 18 points from play. Ashling Thompson was immense

    Cork 0-21 Galway 0-10

Cork looking very good this year. Should be close to making 3 All Irelands in a row.

They fairly blew them away, by far the better team all over the pitch.

Camogie were very good while it was a contest, a bit sloppy at times in 2nd half when the game was done. Think we beat Galway well early in the championship last year only for them to really put it up to us in the final so I wouldn't rule them out based on today

    Cork 1-4 Tipperary 0-6 HT

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,741 ✭✭✭The White Feather

This is a brutal watch. Ref seems to be very finicky

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,741 ✭✭✭The White Feather

A draw in the end so Cork through on scoring difference, Both teams were very poor. Lot of basic errors through out but that ref was one of the worst ever, Handing out cards like confetti.

Draw, 1-11 to 0-14. we were 3 up with 10 to go but needed an injury time free to level the game

Wish they were out cause Kerry will maul them

does the printout of the tickets do to get it ? the people using them don't have ticketmaster accounts, and not too tech savvy

for those travelling up early, Cork camogie v Clare at 12

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,741 ✭✭✭The White Feather

Disappointed to see Cormac O'Brien injured but great to see Robbie O'Flynn in the subs. He was mean to to be doing great in training before he had an injury.

Other than that a very good team. The Bench looks really good and we will obviously need it

It’s hardly worth getting the season pass for GAA plus (€79)? Looking at the pricing ahead of the Kerry game. Hardly watch any games that Cork aren’t involved in and aren’t a couple of the Munster hurling games on RTE?

I think there is a 3 game pass option or you can always pay for one match.

Cant understand the naming of dummy teams. If Powter is fit enough for the bench then he's fit enough to start

I am hoping we can keep Kerry to under a 10 point win tonight. Always hoping for a shock result as we do seem to have better players now but can't seem to get the big results. But you never know!

Cork Red beat Wexford in the Celtic Challenge U-17 hurling today and in the Camogie under 16 Championship, Cork beat Kilkenny 1-11 to 1-09 and are now into the All Ireland Final. In ladies football, Cork beat Kerry in the Munster Minor Championship 4-12 to 2-09 and next they play Kerry again in the Munster Final on May 3rd. There seems to be great work being done coaching the ladies teams

You called it!!!! Seán Powter starts instead of Eoghan McSweeney and Tommy Walsh comes in for Neil Lordan

Cork going to get some hammering here today. How has football gone so bad in Cork over the last 10 years?
